Replace the manager and staffs, especially the manager she is a racist person. I had a valid booking but they rejected my booking and insisted me to stay in the third rated hotel instead of giving me the room. Treated me like a beggar in front of my family

This hotel is a cow's dung. I insist don't prefer this hotel for stay . Replace the lady manager whom I noticed came late to work and drunk. Drunken lady manager of this cow's dung hotel

It’s clean

I get a noise room, just above the kitchen there was a terrible noise that turn on and off several times during night

Very limited options for Vegetarians. They had put out stale fruits on one of my days during my stay.

Food was very expensive for lunch and dinner

Alexandra, the staff at restaurant was helpful and kind wnhe I dropped hot water on my hand.

The hotel is in a good location for people who travel. Easily accessible, clean and comfortable in most of the cases. There is nice breakfast with several options for those who stay one or two days. Excellent cookies every day! Good cost/value option.

Check out to DON'T GET room 114 or any close to that. The windows are right above the main A/C convertors and it is very noisy during the night. We have received it the first night and were not able to change immediately due to the unavailability of other free rooms. The next day it was promised at the desk that they will move our stuff to other room during the day, yet we had to request the change once more once we came back at 10pm... After some conversation we have luckily received another room. The beds could have better mattress as mine was already worn out with soft dimple in the middle, yet still usable. The room cleaning should be improved as I have claimed the service two times during our stay. The towels thrown in the shower to be changed were left there untouched, without even providing new ones, washbasin not cleaned for several days and the bed linens not changes once during our 6 day stay. These are things which should be easily improved by better staff training.Breakfast is nice, but very same every day, so it would be nice to change the choice 2-3 times in a week as who stays more than 3 days eats always the same in the morning. Easy to improve too.

Room was dirty, total lack of maintenance, stains in the sheets and towels, tears in the sheets. One the of the worst hotels I have ever stayed.

The staff was great, breakfast was good and the location is close to the parks.

They didn’t have connecting rooms and since we traveled with young children we had to separate to different sides of the floor. But that wasn’t as bad as the condition of the hotel. The wallpaper was peeling off the wall, there were stains of mold on the walls and the sheets had holes on them. The mattresses were also very, very firm. Not something I would expect from a hotel in this category or price point.

I have stayed a few times and will not go back. I made one complaint and they didn't do anything about it.The sheets in the bad are short and they come out during the night. You wake up sleeping in the mattress.It's incredible that they can't do something as basic and simple.When I made reservation I mentioned this fact and they didn't do anything about it.
