The room was very clean and the staff was very helpful and provided me also a plug converter.

Beds were comfortable. Reception staff was great.

Old and worn out rooms and especially the bathroom. Room smelling like super strong chemical cleaning products maybe they use something strong to disinfect or hide the smell but we had to keep the windows open even though it was raining just to have fresh air. The lighting in the room was really bad. Two balls of some really weird lights at each side of the bed and a sad floor lamp in the corner. The room was so dark there is no way to put your make up and sit at the desk. The hotel needs some serious renovation and hopefully hires a woman to plan and design the entire hotel. Please throw out the reception area furniture that looks like IKEA had a sale on plastic and Freida Kahlo kitsch which has been over used for cheap decor to fill in space when there’s no imagination. Come on, Italians are the standard for everything that has beauty and style. You can make this hotel so much nicer and people are willing to pay to stay in a pleasant environment.

Room was OK, big enough and clean.

Breakfast was very very basic. No scrambled eggs or bacon, just small buns. Lots of cakes, presentation of ham and cheese areas was OK, boiled eggs looked suspect. Espresso and long coffee gave the same amount. Room switch for card and setting option for Don't disturb or clean room was not working very well.Internet did not work well at all. Took me a long time to create an account for the laptop and it kept dropping connection.

Easy to park around the hotel at no cost. All the staff was very friendly and professional

there was renovation going on in the hotel on our floor. we were not warned about it. if you like to wake up in the morning to the sounds of a drill and the shouts of workers, then this is the place for you

Located outside in an industrial area, but the windows are not soundproofed. You can hear the noise from the bad road and this disturbs the night's rest.

Building is new, location 200 meters from the subway station is excellent for tourism. People are very friendly and helpful, there is a private parking place just behind the hotel, making it safe to park your car there.

Honestly, I get no negative comments as I was really surprise to get such comfort for this price. I would advise anyone to book there to visit Sofia
