Prodigy Gramado by Wish

Location is excellent , hotel is pretty and comfortable

Lobby is huge, very well decorated . The restaurant is in the same open area.

Everything was new and clean

Request for specific breakfast will take some time before getting.

The location is wonderful. The bathroom has a good size, a good shower. It was a silent room, far from the elevator.Although we have to pay the parking lot, you may check out and let your car there with no extra costs.

Breackfast. The place was too crowded, with no table availables. Nobody was trying to help the guests and organize the order, since there was no space to everybody in the restaurant. Besides, it seemed there was no one looking for what needs to be replaced in the buffet.

Quarto confortável.Hotel organizado.Staff educado (especialmente Tatiane do restaurante)

A falta de guarda chuvas

- The room was cozy,- The whole hotel environment was clean;- Excellent breakfast;- Great localization.

Cleaness, location, breakfast, services in general were excellent!

Location, services, breakfast

Great location in the heart of Gramado

The room was surprisingly noisy, since you can hear all the noise from the lobby

Location

Nice and clean, breakfast was good, the staff is friendly and helpful.

The location is just perfect. The room was clean, very comfy and the breakfast have a good variaty of options.

The price charged for the water was too expensive and the elevator was dirty. Nothing that would cause any problem with our staying, but worthy mentioning.

Clean room , friendly staff

Room is too small for a junior suite

Comfortable, clean, modern property; central location, half a block from main avenue and walking distance to all downtown attractions; friendly staff

the hotel is very well located, everything is very clean and tidy. breakfast is great, lots of options and well served! the restaurant is good, good food, good value. the staff were very nice and helpful. Lincoln was of great help and education with us every morning, that helped to brighten our day.

I said that breakfast is very good, and it is, but there was one day, a Wednesday, and it kind of seemed that the chef was on his day off, some items missing, cakes badly cooked, and a few other things that didn’t keep the standard of the others days, but it was still ok. the staff was really nice except for a few ladies that helped with breakfast and cleaning the tables, that don’t even answer your good morning greeting, thats a pitty, because the reception and all the rest of the staff were very nice and helpful. Lincoln was of great help and education with us every morning, that helped to brighten our day after the non greeting ladies.

The hotel is great! The best part is the staff, they're super polite and respectful, always ready to help. Breakfast is really, really good. The room is fine with a comfy bed and hot shower!

The gym could be well-equipped.

location

part of the bathroom inside the room, not comfortable for daily routine. noise walkways and doors not able to keep room quietly from it

Very good location, awesome breakfast, good quality of bed sheets and towels. Silent and excellent location.

Staff confused with own tasks, sometimes not being professional. Bathroom had black mold in the shower area (floor and walls).

right to the main street, clean, professional staff and very kind

location

a bit noisy
