Location is wonderful. Breakfast is fantastic. Free parking which is the best if you drive your own car. The room service ladies are wonderful.
Ar conditioning not working probably, especially we have a very hot summer these days. The bathroom floor is slippery.
Location, free parking, staff, breakfast
Very clean, great location, facilities(parking) and well renewed and comfortable room for family of 4.
The location was superb. Very clean and comfy room, gentle staff. Good breakfest. Highly recommended. The location is very worth the money, as you can do many things around without a car. The hotel is at a walking distance from the central bus station.
I didn't find the staff very attentiuos. That might've been because I stayed during the Festival de Cinema de Gramado, when the city and hotel were very crowded.
