Cons -
- The WiFi did not work, and the room was a bit cold. We did not use the fire place, and we seemed to be unable to make the room warmer using the other methods available.
- lobby and sitting area need to be more inviting and modern…it look outdated

The breakfast is ok. Location was excellent for the places we decided to go.Room was small but comfy.
I don't think the cook was there for our dinner during the week, it was awful. There is no heater control in the room, it was always too hot or too cold. Also, we were 3 adults, but one of the beds was too small.
The hotel is fantastic. The room is beautiful. The room cleanliness was perfect. They have a restaurant in the hotel with some tasteful menu options. It is located in a very quiet street, near Borges de Medeiros which is one of the most famous streets in the city, with plenty of chocolate stores and restaurants. The staff was always very friendly. It was a very relaxing and enjoyable stay.
CleanNice people
No sounds proofing walls.
I liked that Hotel Monte Felice is situated a little out of the center of town, in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood--but is within easy striking distance of the center of Gramado. Really comfortable, too--loved the beds and pillows!
Excellent place to stay. The people were helpful and very friendly.
We were leaving on a tour at 6:45 a.m. and told the night before breakfast would be available at 6:15. It was ready at 6:30 which was not very helpful because we were very rushed.
Good value for money.
Limited breakfast. No lactose-free milk was available.
Staff very professional and friendly.
The room is quite and very comfortable.
