Service was impeccable. Staff super friendly. Location was perfect ion relation to downtown. Very walkable experience. Breakfast had a fantastic selection and was high quality.

Room needs an update , worn out. the minibar in the room was not working (warm drinks) and even tho we advised the hotel they didn’t fix it during our stay, breakfast was limited, details like this that a 5 star hotel should manage.

Room cleanliness, valet service were above expectations. Breakfast improved over previous stays.

It's a mountain resort, on cold nights, and the fireplaces were not on at the lobby. Looks like a managers decision. DEI politics at it's worst. If you want to hug a tree, find a suitable job. Pool was really packed, the hotel deserved a larger indoor pool. Breakfast restaurant tables are getting worn after all these years. And while commenting with friends over hotel characteristics for our anual event, we noticed that the Lobby itself it's quite modest, and does not stimulate larger gatherings. An improvement was recently made with a larger bar, but the front desk is a bit overwhelming, massive even, and couches are small, and with the fireplace not lit, definitely not a cozy environment. The hotel is a classic one, we all like it, but others offer more for less.

The indoor swimming pool area was too cold and there isn’t any warming place to change cloths. Furthermore, it was impossible to stay outside relaxing because the drops of water falling from the ceiling in the chairs and tables.

The property has a good inside pool and a jacuzzi that we liked most.

We did a reservation in the hotel but when we arrived the book was for the flat and it is a old building so we need to pay more to switch the room.

The food and staff were excelent. The room was a good size and clean.The location was good but uphill walk from downtown.

The bathroom was small, outdated and we had to have staff do a better job cleaning. The pools were small and not clean. The gym and recreation areas were small and outdated.

no hot water in the room and maintenance guys opened my room at 22pm with everyone sleeping.

Very modern, spacious family rooms, FABULOUS spa, good breakfast and fantastic location really close to main street and restaurants, but tucked away in a quiet area. A very good kids program with supervision all day. My son loved it. A personal concierge for your stay. Very comfortable beds and the first hotel of our stay in Brazil ( over 7 hotels) in which someone spoke English.

The rooms were in need of a little upkeep. The sink (made of wood) was peeling and faded, needed to be refinished and the bathroom door needed to be refinished or replaced. the wood veneer was broken and pulled away from the door at the bottom. Also, the rooms had poor lighting. Things you wouldn’t expect from a 5 star hotel.

Difficult to say. The only thing that I would recommend is change the equipment to work out at gym room for a newer equipment.

Perfect location, walking distance from the city center. Amazing accommodations, large rooms with very comfortable beds. Breakfast is very good. Hotel exceded my expectations, its definitely worth the stay.

Its very clean and the second room was ver comfortable except for the bad air conditioning that I had to turn off.The breakfast was amazing

The swimpool and the Spa was in maintenance and they did not tell me in advance. They put me in an old room with a bed that was crooked.. Then they changed me to another room with a bad air conditioning that made a noise that kept me up all night.The parking is also charged separately from the hotel. I had to park the car outside.
