The room was ok

The staff was the worst I have seen in a while… the parking was a scam!!! Won’t be going back ever!!! Breakfast was bad all the plates were wet

We stayed at the Wyndham Resort Termal in Gramado and, unfortunately, the experience was not positive.The attention was very poor from the beginning. In the room there was a moldy curtain, with which my son stained his entire face and clothes. The hotel did not offer any kind of compensation, not even the simple gesture of washing the affected clothes.In addition, during the stay my daughter's stuffed animal was lost inside the room, probably along with the bedding. Not only did they not find it, but they did not show empathy or offer any solution.The treatment in general was not very personalized and we noticed the lack of staff who could communicate correctly in Spanish, which made the stay even more difficult.A great disappointment, since we expected a much higher level of service for a hotel of this category.

Comfortable room, good spa area and nice breakfast.

Rooms located in block A with the windows of the bedrooms facing the hotels sewage treatment plant are extremely noisy. Besides that 24-hour constant noise, staff was working past midnight, increasing the noise level (making it impossible to have a decent afternoon nap or night sleep). Staff at restaurant uninterested in attending guests. Food takes very long to get delivered. Various occasions where the ordered kids' food wasn't available - even when previously confirmed.

The room was excellent and overall all the facilities were spotless clean. The Valet parking service staff and parking facilities were excellent at the hotel. If I had children they would have loved the movie theater and the games room.

The restaurant food was good though the installations are a little bit too minimalist, and do not invite to stay long or have dinner at the place. In addition I would suggest to the the hotel to include a place set out like the lobby in terms of furniture an sitting opportunities, that people can go to enjoy with friends and sit at in the evening without having to be either at the bar or restaurant, or leave the place to be in a more private setting.

I got this specific hotel because of the jacuzzis, when I got there only one was working, but wasn’t hot enough. I was very disappointed about that

The hotel is amazing, great from the start. Staff very friendly.The size of the room is big and there are TV's in all bedrooms and in the lounge room.The swimming pools are amazing, the water is so warm, we loved it.There was also a great kids area.The breakfast was amazing.

The only thing is that the parking is paid separately and the location is a bit far from the city centre.

The infrastructure and cleanliness is nice. The staff was courteous and the reception desk was available and willing to help as needed.

I tried to call the room service and it didn't work, the pool and coffee rooms were so crowded that I could barely move, the kitchen staff in the morning didn't support the number of people at the same time, it was a little chaotic.

Some good and respectful staff who understood about the issues.

WYNDHAM- Overall Really bad Wifi: Especially around the swimming pool-Swimming pool bar: unfortunately too many people for just ONE employee to serve.-Breakfast: BIG waiting line especially around 09:00h onwards.-Dinner: simply NO FOOD. And I mean that, we are not a fancy family, we just wanted to have plain simple food, but too many people again, this hotel is not prepared to attend properly when is fully booked. -Swimming pool size: one again, too many people! The hotel infrastructure is not enough to attend everyone when fully booked. -Cars running in front of swimming pool: there is traffic all day right in front of main (and only) outside pool. Even the workers keep watching you while you’re bathing.-Dirty jacuzis: very bad, even bad smelling stuff, people were avoiding the jacuzis!- General cleaness: many employees complaining that there are not enough staff to clean, even many working extra-hours!-Bad Layout: you have to be ready to walk through the reception in order to go to the swimming pool, gym, restaurant and sauna areas. It’s just too crowded all the time and you don’t feel any exclusive 5 star.

A área kids é ótima, assim como todas as instalações. Comida do restaurante excelente, assim como o café da manhã. É um lugar perfeito para relaxar, sem necessidade de sair para nada.

Kids internal playing area was too tiny and working hours were not consistent. Breakfast was extremely full and noisy. Hotel in general is too busy with very short terms stays so it makes it very chaotic.

loved the facilities, particularly the heated pool which my family appreciated. The breakfast offerings were great.

Lack of responsiveness from management after sending them an email to complain about a massive stain on the cushion and coming back to a room that was not cleaned.

It took us one hour to check in even though we were in the priority line!

Too crowded..... Breakfast was a fight. Just one food spot for too many people. The bar asked 40 minutes to make me a toast.

I really liked the rooms and the friendliness of the staff. The games room is cool too.

The space is too small for the number of people it tries to accommodate. For example, to check out you have to wait around 30 minutes to pick up your car and at breakfast there is a lack of food because there are so many people.

Outdoor pool was great, room was big, great bed.

Too crowded, parking took a long time. Breakfast had a huge line.

The rooms were very spacious, good shower and comfy bed. The breakfast was very good too.

The pool is definitely too small for such a big hotel, was always overcrowded and hard to find chairs to sit. It didn't look like a 5 star hotel kind of pool. Also, the open buffet for dinner wasn't great for the price paid, overpriced and the food was not good at all.
