Everything! Nice location, parking was easy, the breakfast is on point and the staff are very accommodating.

- Excellent service- Very comfortable beds- Good breakfast- Shuttle service to downtown (20 mins walk, 3 mins drive)- Indoor/Outdoor pool was nice and well heated

We were lured into a timeshare presentation

Breakfast is actually memorable. The heated indoors swimming pool is a dream in winter, with its underwater passage to the outdoors side, where one can better enjoy the water warmth.

When time to leave arrives. That was definitely the worst part of our stay.

The hotel is fantastic with an indoor and outdoor pool. Breakfast is incredible.

The reception staff was great, however there was a guy insisting all the time to visit a new building outside of the hotel to get a voucher for a restaurant. Every time he saw me he asked me if I went there. A bit annoying.

Design of all architectures, staff members, sauna and comfortable room with enough towels.Breakfast is exceptional!

The bed sheet is smaller than the bed, so it keeps moving out during sleep exposing the mattress. The male change room in the pool/sauna is uncomfortable and don’t have enough space.The pool could have a swimming area for sport practice. It’s good for relaxing only.

This is my absolute favorite hotel in Gramado, and has been for maaaany yearsI absolutely adore the place and everything about it. 10/10

Just one chronically persistent issue apparently, it is always under construction. There is always something being changed or built, so there is always construction noise and hassle. Nothing impossible to deal with though, I still LOVE the place

Great service, facilities, organization, highlight was the pianist!I felt like in a black forrest hotel in Germany, with a very elegant touch of the south Brazilian culture!

The accommodation was amazing, great breakfast, comfort beds. The room as everything we expected and more. Staff was also friendly and if you have a car the location is excelent. The activities room are a nice bonus, we was lovely to play mini golf.

The hotel is great, there is nothing wrong, but the price was high because of the date (like every other hotel in Gramado). Definitely recommend 10/10.

The heating in my room didn't work

Wow, the facility is beautiful. Very cozy, comfy, well decorated. Nice fire places. The breakfast is very good with special things like french Croque monsieur. The hotel has many features for kids and family: mini golf (20 holes), pool, giant chess, cricket...and others! Kids loved it.

Amazing green area, great service, comfortable room, impressive breakfast! My favorite cost-benefit in Gramado.

When we arrived, pool/sauna/gym had been closed the day before, and we didn't get *any* discounts. Upgrade put us in an old room, smelling old, not ventilated for days, much worse than our last stay. Bathtub was leaking. Not bedside lamp.
