Need modern phone charging usb as had no euro plug on me Need kettle and tea facilities Didn’t get wi fi pass code

No staff in person but the door code and key box all worked well.When I rang the number I got help straight away. Comfortable beds and good breakfast.

Room was very hot so we opened the windows but there was a lot of traffic noise.A fan would be good.

Recently refurbished, very clean and quiet. Early check in was possible, so very convenient for me hiking GR5.Good value for money - well priced

The lighting… the main lights inside to room did not work. The bathroom light was operated by sensor. That is fine during the day. At night if you go to the bathroom the sensor triggers the lights as bright as security lights in the middle of the night!!!! Does not help to go back to sleep …

Kind people working at the hotel, accommodated the requests we had with great consideration. Great communication.Good location right next to Modane bus and train station.Everything was as expected, would be happy to return again.

Clean and tidy rooms

The hotel said they had a bar which they did but was not serving disappointed

Clean, quiet, comfortable, and conveniently located right across the street from the train station.

It was very nicely renovated. The bathroom was very nice and modern. The room was very comfortable.

You are sent a code to enter the door and a separate code for a safe to retrieve your room key. If you don’t have wifi you don’t receive the code. We happened to be at the door when another guest was there and they had wifi so we could enter. It is awkward not having a roaming package to get the codes.

Very negative experience. I do not recommend.

Because of major rockslides affecting the road and train tracks, reaching this hotel via public transportation was impossible. When I asked the hotel about alternative transportation, they falsely claimed that there were buses from Chambery. Unfortunately, this misinformation led to a loss of two days of my vacation and i had to pay an additional night's stay in Chambery. Despite my request for at least a partial refund, the hotel ceased all communication, both with me and with the Booking.com support team. My overall experience was extremely disappointing.

The rooms are renovated and new.The hotel is just outside the train station and next to the only restaurant for dinner

Location unpleasant. Promised parking was along the road outside, mostly 10 minutes only., very problematic after a long, hot day's drive. The building was virtually abandoned except for the bedroom.s

Convenient location. Clean rooms friendly staff. Good price,comfortable beds great for a one night stop over.

Rooms a little tired. Missing radiator cover in one room. Bathroom doors blown at the bottom in both rooms due water damage. No private parking only street parking if available but parking is free. Breakfast poor lacking in choice and not much available.
