Good location, reasonable..
The all inclusive experience is very, very deceiving! More than half of the menu is not included.. theyre very aggressive in saying no. they make you feel horrible about it. It’s a complete misled. They have pleasure in saying no. Everything is a no. Never again, I will be back… I asked to talk to the manager he said we’re doing you a favor.. dessert is a courtesy, we’re doing you a favor.. so no, we can’t send a fruit platter. If you have a problem, talk to the front he kept saying. It was like an attack. Horrible experience. You except something, it’s something else.. complete the opposite.

I loved the location - in front of the beach and the delicious appetizers served by the pool.
Bad check in... long and too much information requested. They took copies of all our passports plus they didn’t talk about a daily tourist fee and didn’t explain it was optional at checkout, luckily I asked.
