200 meters from the train station?Excellent service.Good breakfast.Super comfy bed.Huge bathroom.The best hotel in my 2 week trip to Europe.First I got room where perhaps the previous visitor had smoked pot in the bathroom. Got a new and bigger room on the same floor without any difficulties. 12 Pünkte für Deutschland!

Great location. Very clean.

There was a noise that kept waking me up all through the night.

The hotel is 3 min walking from central station, loads of restaurants around. Bed and pillow are super comfy. Good shower. Everything was clean.

Nice but several basic things missing

No wardrobe pole, no hangers, no fridge which was promised, no kettle with tea/coffee.

Staff were very helpful and end went out of their way to assist. Hotel was neat and tidy and within walking distance of everything. Would not hesitant to stay again or recommend to others.

Really nice location for overnight stay, quite near to HBF, Room is basic renovated, comfortable, Stuff are very kind and helpful. Breakfast has varieties of food and drinks. Large TV , Beds are comfortable, Bath Towel are quite clean and soft. Water in minbar, softness of linens are nice

Comfortable spacious room near the train station and in the city center. The breakfast was amazing with variety of choices and the staff was very friendly.

The blinds need to be fixed because I don't like lights coming into the room from the street

The carpet in my room was very stained. Overall, everything seemed to be getting on in years and no longer in good condition. The faucet on the shower was difficult to move. There were still some hairs from another person in the bathroom.

1. I liked everything, except the noise coming out from city, even when I closed the window properly, noise was coming, I could not sleep well for this reason 2. Breakfast was delicious

Heat was too hot for me - I could not have the window open due to noise from outside, when I closed it, I was sweating - but that’s my body - my body loves the cold - but it was ok, my partner doesn’t like the cold and he was perfectly fine ! He slept so well ? thank you for your kind service

The breakfast was the best part of my stay at the hotel. Location of the hotel was very central and close to main train station. You can access every where in the city on foot.

Great. Not far away from the railway station and from Katik Döner. I could get everywhere easily on foot. The room was clean and comfortable.

I started to speak German and the receptionist changed the language to English, but I can German and I wanted to practice it. It was a little bit offensive.

I didn’t find any towels, except the one on the floor. I asked receptionist twice, as a result I got two small towels.

A family run hotel in a good location. Very friendly staff and very clean.

Hotel is a bit dated and has no air conditioning. A bit overpriced for what you are getting.

Good quality hotel a short walk from central railway station, large room, good WiFi

The newly refurbished room on the 4th floor was very good. Breakfast was excellent value for money. We liked the atmosphere of the hotel in general. Location for an early morning train could hardly be better.

If we had got the room on the courtyard side as we were promised... that would have been nice.
