It's central location.

No ice machine.

Great location, walking distance to the trams, train station, Christmas Markets and shopping. Bed was comfortable, coffee machine and coffee, kitchenette with enough for me to cook some meals in, and even a nice patio. Very secure too, with a key needed to enter from the street.

Everything was good.

Everything. Cleanliness, room, and terrace. Perfect location!

Although the receptionist was ill, she made every effort to ensure that we knew how to access the proerty and how to check out. The room was spacious, clean and with all the advertised facilities.

We loved our stay at GuestHouse Mannheim! The hotel was very clean, quiet, and well-located. What made the experience even better was the outstanding service. It was a particularly hot night, and the staff member went above and beyond by providing missing fans for both of our rooms and even bringing us one-time-use sandals to help make the heat more bearable. Her thoughtful gesture truly made us feel cared for. Highly recommended for comfort, cleanliness, and exceptional hospitality!

The location was great--train station was easily accessible and good restaurants around. The wifi worked well, and the room was good sized. The staff were also lovely.

No a/c and it got a little toasty in the room. There was a fan, but that and opening the window only helped so much.

The room is comfortable and spacious. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils for cooking.

It was very close to everywhere.Nice coffee shops, restaurants and shopping places are nearby.Room was spacious with a small kitchen, very clean and comfy.

Quite loud street if windows not shut, curtains not completely closeable, shower drain not working well and overflowing showerbed after 1.5 short showers in succession

The accommodation was excellent in many aspects. The rooms were spacious and clean, offering a comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any inquiries. Additionally, the accommodation's location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this accommodation.

The location was great for middle of town and short walk to station.

Room I got was back of hotel on second floor. Outlook not overly special but more importantly was close proximity of neighbours. Saturday night neighbours drunk and at 2am had to lean out window and tell them to shut up.

Receptionist was wonderful! Incredibly polite and understanding. Room was immaculate and had a very spacious ensuite. Very good location regarding transport plus I had access to their underground car park. Possibly the most clean, comfortable and stress-free accommodation I have had for a while. Several places to eat nearby (under 10 minute walk).

Pretty easy to find, close to the Watertower and centrum.

Personal preference, I didn‘t like the big pillows, as I prefer lower pillows.

Everything perfect - very clean, modern and spacious accommodation - good sleeping comfort.

Customer service, clean room and spacious

I didn't have breakfast but the room was perfect. Spacious, comfortable, clean and quiet. And a nice powerful shower as a bonus. The location was also great as it was easy to reach all local amenities and sites. It's just a shame I didn't have more time for sightseeing.

It's a shame the reception closed at mid-afternoon on our arrival. However, the instructions provided were very informative and allowed us to both check-in and park very easily. So, not really a complaint and nothing that I can think of to complain about to be fair.

Staff spoke Spanish, and helped gladly with a missing room key incident.

The staff were very kind and helpful! The shower was good, the room was clean, and it's very centrally/conveniently located.

There is no AC, so the room (even with a fan) was very warm. There is no microwave (although you can request one), and no toaster. The room is small and the bed is very firm.

The location is perfect, close to station and city centre. Super clean facilities that have absolutely everything for a Short-Long stay. Special thanks to Elena who was super friendly and nice, willing to help at all times. Would come back!
