Very comfortable and excellent customer service.

At night for some reason no idea from where you hear some noises or vibration like cars passing. Probably vibration from the bridge close to the place. I couldn't sleep inmmediately.

There was just one towel, and my reservation was for two people. But They sent a new towel quickly, as soon as I required.

Excellent stay. Loved the room, super clean and bed very comfortable. The breakfast is amazing and the service was great. It's very close to the airport and there is a great mall nearby for shopping and eating.

I wish they had a hotel shuttle.

I stayed in this hotel two times: 1st time one night only and i was given a room on a lower floor and the bead was really uncomfortable, and there was a mildew smell truly suffocating..but i was too exhausted to deal with changing rooms..2nd time a few weeks later i was given and excellent room on the 3rd floor so, i’m not sure why they don’t just renovate the lower rooms!

It was perfect for our overnight stay near the airport. Renato, who checked us in, was very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable, the shower had good water pressure and was spacious. The restaurant was a pleasant surprise! We ordered room service and both our dishes were well served and absolutely delicious. The breakfast was also fantastic! We were greeted with kindness and well taken care of. Ms. Clara made us a delicious tapioca and omelette and the items from the buffet were all fresh and delicious.

The entrance is a bit chaotic and messy right now because there are some exterior renovations being done and my partner wanted to use the treadmill but none were working in the gym.

Staff were super helpful when I arrived. I was sick and they helped me checkin, and even got me some tea. Natalia was very attentive and friendly. Thank you so much!

Close to the airport. Used UBER to get around. Super clean hotel, very friendly staff and excellent breakfast.

Everyone was pretty helpful, rooms where clean.

The breakfast is sugar bomb pure. Not much for vegans/vegetarians or somebody who wants to live a healthy lifestyle.

The staff André work pretty well, I had a room close to the ac room and I call them to change my room he was really nice and kind to change. Was a quickly night I had to travelling early in the morning so the room that he gave us was nice, and the breakfast was absolutely amazing!

Just the smells of cigarettes in the corridor in the morning and the woods in the shower was old! Nothing was interfering in the night

It’s a bit too pricey for what it is and its location. Additionally, the kitchen is not equipped to handle the number of guests. The very helpful staff were doing their best, but it’s challenging to make ‘beiju’ or ‘tapioca’ for dozens of people with only one person handling it.

Comfy room, good breakfast.

Getting in touch with the property before and after the trip was and has been difficult. Responses about check in were not clear and a request for an invoice for an expense claim for work has blatantly been ignored.

The hotel is great. Very close to the airport, great facilities. The room was good, good gym and excellent breakfast. They have this “hidden” access to a commercial centre where you can go pharmacy and barber without having to go outside, which I thought was great!

Our room was right next to the aircon condenser units so it was really noisy, constantly. And we ended up paying a lot more than what said on booking, I’m not sure what happened to the conversion that day, but it was 20 dollars more expensive than it should have been
