Rude staff, dirty hotel.

The attitude of the staff was terrible. It took over an hour to check in for 3 rooms, and we were the only people checking in.

Amazing breakfast and location. The staff at the reception are really nice and helpful.

It is very simple and not that great view as you can't see the beach.

Near beach and airport. Exelent breakfast and pool.The stay was ok, although there were a lot of details that bothered us in the stay. If you want beautiful beach near the airport is a good option.

40 min at check in. Without "system".Miissing towels at the room, phone did't work, the safe lock was not working. The service at the pool was very slow.

I’ve stayed at Katusaba Hotel Business many times, and it has a lot of great features. The common area around the pool is truly relaxing, making it easy to unwind. The hammock in every room is a unique and enjoyable touch, adding to the comfort. The overall ambiance of the common areas is beautiful and inviting. I also appreciated the breakfast, which is simple yet practical, offering a good start to the day. Additionally, the gym is well-maintained and contributes to the hotel’s appeal.

1. The internet connection could be improved, as it doesn’t work smoothly throughout the hotel, which is essential for those working during their stay. The rooms themselves, while functional, are in need of renovation. 2. The towels and bed sheets feel very old, which sometimes gave me a sense of discomfort. On two occasions, I had to request a blanket replacement, as the hotel only provides a plain bed sheet in the summer unless you specifically ask for a blanket. Even then, the blanket quality and aesthetic were disappointing.3. I encountered an issue with one of the receptionists who works early mornings. He’s a bald man with tattoos and a tongue piercing, and his tone came across as rude and unfriendly, which left me feeling unwelcome at times. However, the rest of the staff are fantastic—always kind, helpful, and smiling, making this negative interaction stand out even more.

The staff is friendly. The f&b staff was always very efficient accommodating my needs.

I did not have the kind of room I had requested even so I had paid a night before my early check in. Bed mattress was super uncomfortable. I had back pain after my stay and you can see a hole in the mattress when you get up. I’m only 74kg

The hotel was very accommodating and the staff met the expectations. The restaurant was also excellent and the price very reasonable. Definitely a good business hotel and conveniently close to the airport.

Lovely garden and pool, good internet generally speaking, excellent breakfast, nice beach 15 mins walk distance.

I had some weird feeling with some stuff that weren't friendly at all, room furnitures are very old, blanket they provide additionally like in flight but the quality of blankets is very bad and old! the gym is a joke :)

I love the most the garden with amazing huge, clean pool, well-maintained, and the calmness staying in salvador but feeling like in a village The breakfast was amazing also open buffet for dinner. Bad was comfortable. Quiet and lots of birds sound around ?

The furniture’s are very old. Rooms must be updated the blankets they’re giving are very old and ugly. Internet was slow must be upgraded to 5G.

Well located, good pool, towels were great, food was good albeit with few options during dinner. No gourmet coffee or food, just plain (and good) food.

Showers don't work in pool, no foot wash for taking sand off feet. No relation to beach, which is quite important in a hotel so close to it. No welcome package. Staff at desk with no flexibility for late check-out.

I stayed for 5 days & it was a pleasant experience! The room was so comfortable, I slept very well, the pool was great & all of the staff were super nice! The breakfast was also very good & had a lot of options, I would definitely come back!

Very comfortable room. There is a large balcony in the room, and there is excellent options to have dinner in restaurants the front of the hotel. The beach is wonderfull, but not so easy to access by walking. The pool and area for leisure is very good as well. I recommend this hotel for those who need to stay in Salvador close to the airport and close to a big mall known as Shopping Center Norte Salvador.

I missed options of beverage into the refrigerator in the room .

Totally loved the pool, big and nice. Rooms are nice too, breakfast is ok as well. I enjoyed staying there.

It’s a bit far from Salvador, it can be expensive by Uber to go to the city.

Our room had a nice view to the spacious pool area. We were allowed to do an early check in which was very nice. The hotel ist close to the beach and only 15 minutes to the airport. It has a lot of parking space.

The room wasn’t very clean (especially the bathroom) and the air conditioner was broken and water dripped constantly on the floor, so that we had to change the room. This should have already been seen and reported by the housekeeping - very poor service in my opinion. In both rooms the safe wasn’t working. The staff tried to give its best, but for a business hotel in this price range, we expect more flexibility, competence and friendliness.

TV did not work, we had to ask for helpI reserved a twin room, and we got a double bed instead of 2 singles
