Location to the beach is amazing

Hotel is not being maintained well. Looks like it is not doing well in general although they were very busy for New Years.

We left and got a hotel in the old center because this place was so bad.

The room was filthy. A brown substance smeared on the walls, dirty nightstand, dirty sheets. It was gross. The place is like an amusement park in a bad way. Masses of people. Everything is disorganized. There is a pre check in before you check in and both took over 20 minutes each. The elevators are disgusting, take forever, and are crammed with people. The pool looked like when a kid back washes into a cup. So gross. No pool towels unless you rent them and the rental staff is so rude. You have to wear a wristband for your entire stay. Like a theme park. There are many other places to stay that are better than this. Zero stars.

I loved the Beach, the pool, it was very clean and I liked the music and activities.

The restaurant had strange waiters. They always asked for a tip, I felt that this was rude. Im allraedy at the hotel spending a lot and the waiters expect a tip.The food at one of the restaurants was terrible, very bad burgers and empty empanadas.

We stayed for 2 nights.We realy loved the outdoor area, although we could only enjoy it the second day due to the rain. The food was also good

It rained the whole day and it was very windy and in many areas inside of the hotel there were waterpools, which made walking very difficult and dangerous

I liked the hotel's structure. The breakfast is good with many options.

The rooms are outdated and require remodeling. The Wi-Fi range, especially around the pools, must be improved.

Facilities, sight from the room, proximity to the beach and to the airport.

Feeling of old and poorly maintained

The hotel view was nice.

the beach is dangerous no life saving staff no defibrillator available. Someone drowned in front of the hotel. Food wasn’t good, restaurant not nice. staff was not friendly. Very expensive for what it is.

Great location by the sea, also a good option if you want to stay close to the airport. Good and varied breakfast, friendly staff at the reception.

poor internet connection at the pool and (for me) too much noise all day at the pool

I like it cause it was close to the beach and the airport even though I didn’t go the beach I only stayed so I could wake up early to go to the airport.

They make you stay so long in line for check in

Slow elevator, dated rooms/Dated, bugs, and uncleanliness

The staff was very attentive and willing to help, the room had a very good size. We book a standard room with garden view and they gave us a room with pool view. And it was great. With side ocean view. The bathroom was also comfortable. the pool is wonderful, and the food trucks were very convenient for the kids snacks.The gym was very complete and with air conditioning. The food at breakfast and dinner had a good variety and the waiters were offering different pizza varieties constantly even sweet ones. and was delicious.

The pizza restaurant was not open so there was only one place to have breakfast and dinner that had 2big portable air conditioning equipment and at dinner time was very hot and noisy. And the tables were very close together. And caused the place to be noisy,

The hotel is well-situated right by the beach with easy access, it has a nice pool with a well-appointed area for relaxation. The pool service is also well-delivered, with several different types of food and drinks.

The hotel requires a reform, mainly due to the wear and use, as normally happens with properties by the sea. The room was nice in size, but the bed mattress required replacement. For the category that the hotel aims to be, it does not fit and should be classified as a maximum 3-star hotel, with lower prices for the proposed status.

Only a few options for dinner. The hotel is located in a zone where you need to take a cab if you want other dinner options

Breakfast and proximity to the beach

Music too loud. Between 2pm till 4pm one might want to rest, instead, if you have a room pool side, it s nearly impossible to rest.

The room was wonderful, fantastic view of the ocean and pool.Music entertainment was great.Cafe da manha was great, options were always available.

The music was sometimes loud around the pool no break from noise, so it would have been nice to just have quietness around pool sometimes.The room wasn't cleaned as good as it could have beenFood was a little expensive

Beds are comfy, lots of breakfast options, big swimming pool, kids play area

It's a bit too loud during the day (always music or an activity). They could have more quiet time, it feels a bit overwhelming sometimes.

Breakfast is excellent, and the location and pool area are very good! Also, the 24/7 guest service is very attentive; I had two issues in my room, and they immediately came to fix them.

The beds needed an update; they were not very steady or comfortable. The prices at the restaurants were expensive, the alcoholic drinks were pricey and tasted like juice, and the pizza we ordered for room service was not good.

Nice staff, nice location, pool area is cool.

Nobody had any change to use the arcade room
