Location. It is very close to the train station, stores and restaurants.

Decent location

Nobody present for check in and phone calls not responded to. Breakfast was supposed to be whatever we wanted but only hard boiled eggs and cereal served. Parking lot suggested was closed.

The beds were very comfy and it was close to the downtown district

It looked like they never cleaned the place. The bathroom smelt awful and there were spiders in the room. It took 30 minutes to get a key to the room because the forgot to leave it

Hotel location was great!

The security is awful. The front door is always open. On my second night another guest got a second copy of my keys from their key machine by using the wrong code and came in to my room at midnight. As a lone female it was a terrifying experience. They have no other security locks on their doors. I had to spend the rest of the night with my bags against the door. When I reported it, at first they said there was no way it could happen but they admitted they had another set of my keys in their key safe.The hotel reception isn't open even at the times it says as the receptionist is also cleaning the rooms. It made it very difficult to check in. I can't recommend this hotel at all and I have travelled to lots of hotels and hostels. I did request a refund for the night and they gave me back 30%

The lady on the check in was really nice.

The flour was dirty, there was some hair on the bedsheets and pillow. The bathroom is extremely small, I was bruised for just maneuvering inside it. The room is also extremely small, in real life much smaller than in the photo. Breakfast was extremely sad. Only boiled egg, some cheapest "yogurt" that is more like a plastic gelatine with air freshener smell, prepackaged jam, and coffee that tastes horrible. Really disappointing.

SCAM

This hotel is terrible.They DO NOT LET PEOPLE KNOW THAT THE receptionist is working only until 14:30. I went to the hotel at night due to long trip from Köln, the receptionist is gone, i am not able to enter the hotel and no notification at all, but NO REFUNDS MADE FROM THE HOTEL. They said they will proceed with refunds, but this is not true.THIS IS A SCAM. I PAID FOR 2 NIGHTS BUT NOT ABLE TO ENTER THE PREMISE.

Due to a long wait for receive the enter code for our 3 bedroom room, we got an upgrade with two separate bedroom. One of them got the terrace looking the inner court of the building.Clean room in a very central location - easy to access into the structure - very safe area.

Bed was too spongy and not too comfy for our taste. Bathroom on the unit with the terrace not so useful to use (other bathroom was better designed). Car parking suggested in the comments is very close but has a different daily price than the one suggested in the comments.

There were tea bags in the room.Easy checkin and checkout.

There were no means to boil water in the room.It's quite noisy and the toilet seat was really dirty.

Friendly staff, clean, walking distance from the train station.

The bed was extremely comfy, a dream to sleep in after a long day exploring the city.Check in and out via keybox, very easy and convenient.

The location is great. It is the city centre. It is situated in quiet street.

Good Location, value for money

We arrived at Hotel at 10 pm and had trouble when Checked in because we had to wait for an hour until the staff Hotel reached us by Phone to get code number for our room key. Besides that, we had a pleasant stay and the Hotel gave us complimentary breakfast.

We had to book last minute as our accommodation was not liveable (bad smell). The staff were attentive and accommodating and allowed us immediate access to the room. Couldn't fault them.

There was a kettle in the room. They offered free breakfast because of my inconvenience.

The toilet sit was dirty, the heating was way too low, the toilet got blocked during the night and lots of dirty water covered the bathroom floor. When I asked for the room to be cleaned because of it they only cleaned the bathroom and didn’t even take the rubbish from the room or realised there was some glass on the floor next to the bed and they didn’t make the bed. Breakfast is really poor.

The room was spacious and the hotel is centrally located. There is a lift and the automatic check in worked well.

The sound isolation was rather bad, sounds from next room and from above were clearly heard. The room was not warm, despite the two heaters.

The location was excellent, very close to the Main Platz. The breakfast was good value for the cost, a good continental breakfast. You could get a coffee from the machine anytime provided reception was open. The room was small but comfortable. Both members on reception were helpful and cheerful.
