Close to the University, clean and comfortable

It makes no sense that the signs in the hotel are in German only. Come on, the structure is five min walking from a high rank, very international University

No kettle, paid parking wasn’t made known when verifying card, no coffee machine, no access to basic room facilities of a 4 star hotel

A bit far but very beautiful location, clean room-but without a view, nice sauna

No towels in the sauna, slow service

We are regular customers, never disappointed by this hotel. Room and spa to the usual high level. Friendly staff, a plus for the cleaning staff. The dinner at the restaurant on-site was much appreciated.

The hotel is clean, and very spacious in the European standard. All accessaries were good.

The major issue about this hotel is that it is far away from the old town (50 min walking). The hotel has a restaurant; but anything in the old town takes a bus/taxi ride. The problem is that the bus becomes less frequently towards the evenings, even much less in the weekends. So if you stay at this hotel and do not have a rental car, you can miss out most of the old town activities.

Neat and clean and spacious

A quiet location, pet friendly, and very close to the park. Parking is large, a nice restaurant. The room was OK, a beautiful outdoor pond but it was too cold outside eventhogh its July.

Overall, it was an OK hotel, there wasn't any wow effect here,just a decent hotel.

The hotel had a great location for our overnight stay on the way to Italy. It was very convenient, with plenty of EV chargers and a very good restaurant. We liked it a lot!

A nice clean modern hotel. Well kept and clean.

Having to pay to park there. This should be factored into the room cost. Pity the fountain was switched off. The sound of running water would have made refreshments on the terrace so much more pleasant.

Nice, modern, clean hotel

Staff unfriendly. No iron in the room. When we requested one, we were told there would 5e charge.Some Staff at breakfast were extremely unfriendly and rude, didn't get a welcoming feeling from them. To be fair others (younger) were nice but it's a case of a few bad bad apples spoiling the barrel for our experience.

Really great hotel, easy to find and lots of parking, lobby perfectly set up, fast clean elevators Rooms perfect, clean, window opens wide, great views, quiet, good restaurant, good value and room service available. Food delicious. Staff courteous and speak English. Beds amazing.. great water pressure and hot!I’d rate it a 10 all around and now changing return trip so we stay here. Conference facilities..

Would add a bell person or carts to transfer luggage.

I visited here few times but last one was really disappointing.Wi-Fi in room wasn’t stable, still cost too much for parkingAnd specially the one male staff was very rudeSo I will not come back to this hotel anymore

Breakfast was billed separately. 24 Euros/pax is pricey and the breakfast not worthy such high end price.

Nice and clean room conveniently located next to the University’s new buildings (not city centre).
