One of thre cleanest rooms we have ever been in - immaculate. Check-in was super easy, management is very responsive. Received a voucher for a free dessert at the attached Italian restaurant, a very nice touch. Italian restaurant was really good, definitely worth a dinner.

Nothing really to complain about, overall a great stay! The breakfast was good, but not a lot of options...but enough to start your day!

Unfortunately the restaurant attached to the hotel was not working, I was expecting to taste it

Super comfortable beds, everything was very clean, and the room had a perfect temperature. The location was also absolutely good, the tram was just for a 5 minute walk away which takes you into the city centre.

Overall room was ok and clean.

You couldn't connect to Netflix or other streaming services.

East to find, free parking, close to town.

Perfect for our overnight stay with bikes! Wonderful parking for our car, and a secure bike garage. Room was very clean and comfortable!! Looking forward to returning!!Oh…breakfast was very good, and the ladies working there were just the sweetest! ?

Very clean, comfortable stay, and not far from the autobahn. It also has its own free parking on the property. I liked the check-in process which is all online, they send you an entry code for the door, and your just go straight to your room when you arrive.

We stayed only one night and it was a Sunday. Be aware that if you stay here on a Sunday that there won’t be any staff working at the hotel on Sundays, and that majority of businesses in Germany are closed on Sundays.

The hotel is in an easy to find location from the highway so it was ideal for us on the road. The room is clean and the bathroom as well. There is bottled water provided - sparkling and still. It's also always nice to have a safe in the room. The bed is comfortable (even though it's two one-person mattresses put in a double bed frame).

There were no coffee capsules in our room. The coffee machine was there, also tea and sugar, but unfortunately no coffee... Also the door wouldn't open with the code provided and the instructions in the email were very unclear and led to no resolution. We had to talk with the emergency support (because we arrived after the reception closed) and we were helped but it was not easy to follow the provided instructions (we had to go up and down the stairs a few times and that is unfortunately hard in our condition).. plus it costs us extra for the phone call.

We booked the apartment 2 for 3 adults and that did not work. The pull out bed from the loveseat was like sitting on plywood. It was so bad our friend chose to stay at a different hotel. I also wish I was informed about the bells that go off for 3 minutes straight at 7am. Plus the water for the shower never got hot and actually fluctuated in temperature..

The room was clean and comfortable.

No one speaks English. Tried to communicate in German but the person who works there not helpful at all. Booking.com doesn’t state there is no reception staff. Room wasn’t available at 4pm as stated. Tried to call the number provided x2 to ask for early check-in but no answer. Left a message but no one called back.

Room was clean, check in was automated which wasnt clear when booking was initially made, but it was easy. Free parking was also good, but quite far out from the town centre

Location was limiting for a short stay.

Location was convenient for a stop over from driving. The coffee machine and cold water in the room was nice. Breakfast was decent too. This is the only time we met any staff.

The restaurant was closed, there was no pre-advice upon booking, nothing available to eat or drink , there was no staff on arrival to ask where we could find a meal and drink, or to check in, just QR code check in amd access codes to the room. It was disappointing and not a friendly welcome one would expect.

It’s contactless check in so there’s absolutely no personnel available. The check in procedure was a bit clunky- first you register, then check in. It says congratulations then no information until an email arrives after several minutes. It tells you the room number and gives you a code. The code was a 4 digit number plus E. This is apparently for the outside door, which was already open. There’s no “E” on the room keypad, only a tiny check mark not in the instructions. Very frustrating after a 7 hour drive.

We couldn't find the room easily because it wasn't written. And there was no reception so with a 3year old kid it wasn't easy to find the room. Apart from this problem everything was fine.

The apartment was ok

Directions to the property and signs from from the parking lot to the apartment were very poor and in some places did not exist. No connection with the host made us search for the apartment for a long time in rain and cold.

Good location: very close to motorway..Great breakfast.Pet friendly hotel, definitely worth the visit.
