- The location was good.

Cons -
- Noisy part of town; there is a bar downstairs with lots of noise from the street. No air conditioning. No luggage storage. Had to walk back to the train station to leave our bags there.
- I never saw anyone working apart when they wanted to tell you what to do. It was to get even simple stuff like a fork and knife. It looks more like an Airbnb that is called a hotel.

Great location. Easy check in. Helpful staff.
All good
I spent several days in this department :) I really enjoyed my comfortable stay. Very clean hotel and rooms, beautiful design, new modern furniture, good bed linen and a very comfortable bed. The room was cleaned every day. The hotel also has a beautiful restaurant-terrace with a gorgeous view of the Bosphorus and the city. The breakfasts were hearty and it was very nice to have breakfast in a beautiful restaurant. The staff is very polite and always friendly! I really liked the location of the hotel as there are a lot of local atmospheric cafes, restaurants nearby, many attractions within walking distance. When I come to Istanbul again, I will definitely stay here!
Great location, cleanliness, good breakfast, easy self check-in
Self-check-in and good location
Uncomfortable bed and pillow
The hotel has a convenient location. I had to ask for the check-in information, but they replied immediately. The room was cleaned daily.
Location very good and room was nice size and quiet
Balcony was lovely. Location convenient to town center and train station. Description should more clearly reveal that there is no elevator for a fourth floor walk up.
When we arrived we had no towels, no coffee cups for the coffee maker, and only one of the two beds had linens on the pillows and comforter. Attention to details is important.
Nice Hotel; clean, perfect location, nice staff, convenient self check-in.
The street is a bit loud, but its okay with the window closed.
Fair and clean :)
The hotel has just been renovated and there are some construction defects or damage to the room.
The staff were very friendly and the room was very spacious.
The room was a bit noisy in the mornings.
Nice and simple place to overnight in magnificent Würzburg, the location is very convenient. The lady at the reception was very generous — I arrived 2 hours before official check in time, but the room was ready and i could move in immediately, after sleepless night trip it was very helpful
Well, may be a kettle with tea and coffee in the room would be a very kind addition — costs almost nothing, but makes the traveller’s mood much more positive))
Overall stay was good except having no elevator.
There is no elevator in the hotel. I wouldn’t have booked this if it was known while booking. Kettle for hot water will be useful addition.
The room had space for two people to move freely. The room looked clean. There was a fan in the room. There was a small refrigerator that could hold three cans of drink and a large TV. Good location for walking to all major attractions.
No personal interaction. No one was ever at the front desk during check-in or check-out during their operating hours. We had to figure everything out on our own. Everything was written in Germany. We did not have internet. We called for help and were told there was nothing they could do but they would call us back after they called their maintenance person. We never got a call. The shower head was broken. We needed more pillows, but there was no one to ask. Very nosey from people in apartments across the way, garbage trucks, and dragging trash cans. No elevator. No nice views. No coffee maker. No parking by the hotel, it is a garage that is a ten-minute drive two blocks away. You have to do everything at the drop box with a code they send you. No breakfast.
The reviews here made me expect the worst, and I ended up quite pleased with the place.- Super kind and polite staff.- Most comfortable sleep.- The location is on point, between the Hauptbahnhof and the City Center.- Had to check-in an hour earlier for which the staff had zero issue, and got me the key even slightly earlier than my already early announced arrival time. It was very hot outside and I was very tired, and this kindness is something I'll remember.
- No coffee machine or electric kettle in the room. This is something that should be super easy to fix, and improves a lot the experience for any guest.- Had to wear ear plugs because the noise that comes from the street is a lot. The nearby church ringed its bells every 15 minutes. It was nice at first but it started to be super annoying quickly. The vehicles and people going by were super noisy as well. Nothing the hotel staff can do anything about, obviously. But it's a negative factor from the (at the same time) advantageous location and any person looking for absolute quiet should take note.- Limited breakfast options. But not terrible.
Hotel Altstadt was ideally located in Wurzburg near the public transit as well as numerous restaurants.
Mostly just a heads up - Hotel Altstadt required you to have cellular service if you were checking in outside of the check-in hours (1pm-4pm) as you needed to call them to receive your check-in information.
Nice location.
It had a shower curtain. Never received self check in code - had to phone for it.
Very good breakfast, amazing location. Unexpectedly clean! Coffee machine in the room. Fresh renovated. Stylish, comfortable and friendly. ♥️
