hotel staff very friendly, helpful, attentive, pleasant. excellent breakfast service, hotel design unique, intimate, comfortable. very good location.

Currently the breakfast was not on the schedule, but as I'm a regular guest, they made a special fruhstuck for me, excellent as always.

It located in the heart of the city. Easy to reach if you travel by bus or train, i recommend this hotel!

I liked the location a short walk to the train station and not far from the palace. I also liked the decor and a balcony on the first floor.

Pillow was uncomfortable and the hair dryer wasn’t great, no breakfast available.

Nice welcome message, great communication with owner, easy check-in and check-out, clean room, location close to important sights. Overall, great accommodation, especially for short-term stays.

Heat. Heat was the only problem I had with this accommodation. The owner added a fan based on reviews, for which I am extremely thankful for it as it made the room breathable in. I tried turning the fan off at night (to save electricity), and within an hour or so, it heated up again, and I had to turn it on. I 100% recommend this accommodation for the autumn-spring seasons. However, during the summer heat waves, be prepared to keep the fan on.

The hotel is not bad but the only really good things are that it's close to the city center and the check-in can be done without interacting with people.

The room was not very clean, especially the bathroom, there is no breakfast and the price is way too high for the service and the room furniture.

We didn't have breakfast. The location was excellent.

It would have been nice to know when booking over the phone that our room was on the 3rd floor because we had several pieces of heavy luggage. However, someone helped with bringing up the luggage and she was very nice.Luckily we were able to walk the stairs, but someone else may not have been able too and then not have a place to stay. Also, the room was tiny. I would have expected something a little bigger for the price.

Steep stairs are hard to navigate with heavy suitcases. The parking meter needs to be fed every 2 hours, however, there is long-term parking within a 10-15 min walk, we just didn't know. Room was a bit small but worked for our short stay

The room was clean, very quiet, and I loved the teddy bear photos. I had a single room that suited my needs fine. The location was very convenient and central.

The wifi didn't work at all, which was very disappointing. The shower gel/shampoo dispenser's pump didn't work. Would have been nice to have someone visible to contact on site. I didn't meet any staff members, so not sure what I would have done if there had been a problem.

Small hotel with a cafe bar on the ground floor private owner.i had a small single room which was nice for one night .I was given a code to enter as the host was there only in the morning.good location close to everything .

The hotel has "character". I liked the looks and feel of it. It is in a really nice location just a few minutes walk away from the main attractions. It was clean and quiet and the staff was friendly.

The breakfast in the “Teddy Bear Room” was wonderful! A real treat. The selection was nice & very friendly service.
