Very good location nice room and helpful staff

Location is great

The bed is so small. Room is also small

Excellent location for visiting sites. Helpful front desk staff. Comfortable beds. Would definitely stay here again!

My third time staying here. Quiet, comfortable hotel with really helpful staff. I really recommend this hotel - especially for solo travellers. Very good breakfast in a nice breakfast room. Easy walking distance to the sights of the old town and to the Residenz.

Good central location. Clean and comfortable accommodation. Helpful friendly staff.

Location was great, room size very comfortable and staff were excellent and very helpful especially with parking. Breakfast was fresh, tasty and staff were very pleasant

The rooms could have had some tea and coffee making facilities which would have been more convenient than asking the young lady at the front desk for a cup of tea on a couple of occasions.

Location, clean

Quite basic facilities for the price

Very good location, in the centre and close to shops. Efficient check in. Room was clean and comfy and as described.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was also very clean and everything was in good condition.

The hotel is very quiet nice area. The location is exceptional I didn't use any transportation and did all my visits, errand walking enjoying the amazing city of Würzburg. It is a walking distance of BHF and almost all city attractions.

Staff were friendly and so helpful. Breakfast was delicious. And location was excellent

The hotel is conveniently located near the city center. We were lucky that we could find parking on a nearby street. The bed was comfortable. The floor was not carpeted. Breakfast was excellent.

There was no guaranteed parking, we just got lucky. The room was rather small, and there was no coffee or tea and no mini bar or fridge in the room.

A repeat visit from me. This is a lovely, good value hotel with friendly, helpful staff, comfortable rooms and a very good breakfast. The location is excellent for the Altstadt. Staff kindly made sure my bike was securely stored overnight. I recommend this hotel heartily!

Nothing to say here.

Lovely central location with friendly staff.

Could have done with a kettle.

Friendly staff, excellent breakfast, quiet room, clean and well equipped, conveniently located in the historic town centre, pleasant 15 minute walk from the station.

My room was rather small.

Nice beds.

The shower doesn't drain well - it is clogged with hair. The bathroom smells unpleasant.

This is a typical European hotel with neat and clean rooms and everything you need to be comfortable. Beds were very comfy and bathroom, while small was very efficient. The front desk staff is very helpful and personable. The location is excellent and situated within minutes of the river, good restaurants and shopping. I would definitely stay there again. It’s a great value!

We needed to stay in Wurzburg for a night because rental car company canceled our rental car and none were to be found! This hotel took us last minute and were wonderful

We liked everything.
