Cute little hotel with really nice rooms. A big advantage is that there is parking at the hotel for a really fair fee. And most importantly, the location of the hotel is simply excellent.

Great location and central to the sights. Car parking on site. Very nice breakfast. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

First world problem again - I can't get a pillow that suits. No complaints at all.

Parking is currently unavailable, (due to roadworks immediately outside, no fault if the hotel), however they do offer a space around the corner in an underground car park. A map to find it would have been useful. You pay a returnable deposit of €50 and receive a plastic card to get into the car park. A €10 charge is then made per day to the hotel when checking out.

Coffee only for breakfast very welcome, only small surcharge.Staff excellent.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. She gives very clear instructions about parking location. The room is clean.

Due to construction the parking garage is inconvenient however the staff made it clear in advance.

Nice budget hotel right in the heart of the city. Easy check in with amiable staff. We’re motorcyclists and so the lift down to the underground garage was just superb. Small room but it had everything we needed. Good shower. Was a hot night, no air conditioning but the room was supplied with a fan which was a life saver. Breakfast on the terrace was good quality, varied & plentiful. Deffo something for everyone. All in all a great place to stay if you want to be in the middle of the city.

Superb, helpful staff. An excellent location in a quiet street. The breakfast choice was wonderful. We had a hotel parking space, our car went in a lift! Stay here, good value for money.

There is no air con. but a fan was very welcome. In September we could manage.

Reception staff really helpful, especially with getting Volvo estate car into the car lift with an inch to spare. Good communication prior to check in. Breakfast very good food and service. Fair selection of snacks and beverages in the vending fridge which operated on a trust basis. Location excellent to explore the city.

A bit warm in the room with no A/C

The location is good and overall it's good value for money.

We were there on a very warm day. There is no air conditioning in the room so it was quite hot during the night. The bed was also not comfortable.

The breakfast was diversified and tasty.We enjoy the terrace very well with the hot weather we had.

The room was comfortable and met our needs for our one- night stay. The location was excellent for walking around town.

No information on how to access the hotel or parking was provided in advance. We had a nightmare spending nearly an hour driving around the area, trying to figure out how to get to the hotel between the pedestrian areas and the construction blocking of one end of the street. Google Maps was dead wrong. The lady on the phone tried to be helpful during our three phone calls, but was very limited in how she described accessing the place. I'm fluent in German and struggled to understand her instructions -- can't imagine how frustrating it would have been if I had only spoken English.About 20 minutes after we finally arrived (having parked at a random parking garage 400m away and walked with our young children and suitcases), we received an email with extremely helpful information about how to find the hotel, including the highly relevant tip to "ignore Google Maps". The instructions would have been so helpful if we had received them in advance! In the middle of the night, a loud beeping sound from the front desk woke us up and persisted for nearly an hour. We called the overnight contact number at the unmanned front desk and the beeping stopped about half an hour later. We had jetlag and struggled to get back to sleep after being awakened. The hotel was comfortable, the staff was nice but the mess with the parking and the middle of the night interruption made for a far less than ideal experience.

Directly across the entrance to Juliusspital Hospital, which was vital due to an emergent injury. Location is also perfect and adjacent to the city center. Pricing, awesome and helpful staff, location, convience, OMG, they were a life saver following necessity for a 4 days stay. Didn't care about the small room or only German TV. You get a room at a great price and perfect location. Breakfast and price are incredible. Very satisfied.

Very very basic. No tea facilities, no air con. Awful bed and pillows. Didn't sleep at all.

It was in a very convenient location with a car park provided. The staff were lovely and helpful.

However, since it was one of the hot summer days, the room without air conditioning wasn’t ideal. We had to open the window, and the outside noise made us wake up early.

Staff, cleanliness, great breakfast, location, ....

The hotel was well taken care of and in an excellent location. They were very nice and even let me park in their small garage the day we left. The only problem we had was that half of the street was under construction, and we needed to enter from a different direction than my GPS gave me. I had difficulty negotiating the detour.

Loved the location. We were able to.park our car. Very friendly receptionist. Good Bathroom. Comfortable bed.
