B&B HOTEL Würzburg-Ost

The area was close to wurzburg north, which is the only reason we picked it.

Overall state of the hotel is not this great, you can feel everything is made to lower the cost. Staff is almost never here, the area to unlock the access stinks, vending machine in the hall is broken, some stuff broken in the room as well, see pictures. On top of it, we picked this hotel because it s cheap, you learnt after the reservation there is a daily 16 euro cost / dog / day. Not written in booking, only say they acveot dogs. So you have the cheap quality ( which make sense... it s B&B... ),but not the cheap price in the end.

Only location is good , nothing else

I was asking for hot water as I drink this in the morning. One of the staff in the restaurant did not understand English and receptionist wasn't that friendly to help but as I was asking again she came to the mashine and gave me. I booked double room but in the room also was bed above our head like spare bed for children which we did not need it plus you can hit your head when you would like to lie down in your bed. Room was small and doesn't worth €83 .

Nice, bit after 10pm only vending machine is for cigarets, so bring your own water and food

There is no room service, no daily room cleaning, and no phone in the room to contact reception or request assistance. They don’t seem to care about helping their guests either. I had to check out at 7 a.m. for work but couldn’t take my bags with me. When I asked if they could store my bags until I return in the evening, the receptionist said the only option was to book an extra night. Ridiculous!

Very dissatisfied

Staff from morning was very rude and racist because we did not speak Deutsch. We just needed a taxi as our car broke down and stayed the night at the hotel and we needed to go to the train station. We ended up calling ourselves for a taxi. No one wanted to speak in english with us . Reception from night was nice as he spoke English with us ?

We use come every year to this hotel. Thats now B&B hotel brand.Comfortable beds, nice breakfast, good location.

Why the curtain on window can't be on 2/3.If its's open there's too much light. When curtain is closed, it's little bit dark.

Close to motorways and the town centre, good breakfast

Pillows, cheap and uncomfortable, Single duvet for a double bed and two people.No AC, although advertised, no air conditioning, and happened to be too close to the ground to open windows wide.There was no shower mat, so I had to use face towel

Convenient location for a short stay. Buffet breakfast was fine.

AC didn't work in our room, got a few sleepless hours.

It was easy to find and had plenty of parking.

We had to have the window open for air and the road next to the property was very busy and extremely noisy.

It was close to where we were when we needed to stop, clean enough, little noisy but ok for what we needed

It was absolutelly terrible,

It smelled, was dark, I couldnt find the place, it was ugly, depressive place.

Easy access. Lots and lots of parking space.

Very noisy, no air condition, tiny toilet. Lots and lots of dead bugs below the bed.

The location is near the highway, which helps when the hotel is a stop in a long trip.The parking lot is quite big.

Customers are supposed to proceed to the check in on their own, but the computer does not work. We had to wait two hours for an unpleasant person from the staff to take her shift as usual.It was impossible to order breakfast for the next morning because it was too late...

Easy to find and parking outside.Staff were reasonably friendly.

Room was a little small. The third bunk bed over the main bed meant that I kept banging my head! Room on second floor and no lift.Bedside light controls didn't work.

We arrived early but as it was very hot outside and we were on motorcycles the man on reception checked us in early and gave us rooms next to our motorcycles. We only saw one member of staff during our stay but he was very friendly and helpful. This is a very good budget hotel.

Its basic but very clean and staff at reception were very helpful . Lovely birdsong and we saw a pair of woodpeckers though its on industrial estate lots of trees around. Ample parking. Breakfast was generous buffet albeit expensive but there is nowhere else to eat. Need a car asits far from town

Noisy road outside, we had to open window to air the room. Other reviews are accurate but for 84 euros you don’t expect a boutiqye hotel.

Poor

breakfast was 30 minutes late. The staff of Asian descent were above the guests and were rude.

Option to add breakfast for a reasonable priceThe bunkbed for a child was great

The shower door handle made showering messy as it is a hole in the screen and the shower is in the bedroom area
