Staff was very helpful, room was clean and comfortable. Good location in Wurzburg, would definitely stay here again.

Room nice and big and clean, close to Restaurants and Main river

Very noise in the morning around 5 AM streetcars running and in the evening outside on street lots of kids loud.Restaurant was half empty, got no seat cause maybe a large group will come in, 2 hrs later still half empty. Maybeonly aloud to huge groups?????

Great location, clean rooms and friendly staff

We wanted a double bed. We had 2 twin mattresses next to each other, which is ok but they were so light that it created a hole in the middle of the bed during the night. Also, the soap dispenser in the bathroom was almost empty and despite the cold weather. All heathers were turned off when we entered the room. I would also have expected a water boiler for tea/coffee in the room but there was none.

The front desk staff were friendly and informative. The location of the hotel was central, and close to all of the attractions in town. We appreciated the on-site parking, particularly because we had a large van. Though the parking garage was right next door also. The breakfast was lovely, with a nice selection for a true European style breakfast. The staff at breakfast were prompt to keep items filled, and offer coffee and tea.

The property is dated, but this also adds to the European charm. The rooms were a bit musty and we opened windows for fresh air. The front sitting area next to the check-in desk could use a refresh, as the material on the seats is worn and looked dirty. But we didn't come to Germany to sit in the hotel.

Good location, room small but adequate for one night, good communication, great breakfast.

This was a very nice hotel with pleasant and helpful staff. Although there was no parking on the premesis there was a paid public parking garage adjacent to the hotel. This was my first time driving in Germany or even in Europe. Typically we travel by train and I spent a good bit of time learning the driving rules in Germany and in my research chosing hotels paying a lot of attention to the availability of parking.

There is nothing to complain about as to this stay. It was all well. In generaly, thee directions to parking garages are skimpy and more detail could have lessened my stress locating and arriving at the hotel. A bit more description as to how to locate the parking garage would be helpful.

The location was great! Parking was convenient and easy. Breakfast had a good selection.

We liked the location and the comfort and quiet of the room. Also, the room was remodeled and was very nice.

Location is great, old town, congress center and railway station locate all in walking distance. The building itself is very charming and the staff is polite and helpful, very customer oriented.

Noise of traffic (trams, buses) comes to the room and I slept with my ear plugs. Which is not a huge problem, I have them always with me and use them when needed. The dinner restaurant was closed, but in walking distance there are many options in old town.

It was an easy walk to and from the train station. The bed was comfortable. I arrived a couple hours early, but my room was ready. Easy walk to see the sites. I had no problem finding my way back to the hotel after walking all over town, as I get turned around and lost easily!! The staff were friendly and helpful.

I did not choose the breakfast option, so I have no idea how the breakfast is.

Convenient location, short walk to the train station. Front desk was helpful, and AC was a nice touch. Good size windows that mask sunlight relatively well.

The room was comfortable and quiet, and the lighting throughout the hotel was excellent. Parking right in front of the hotel was very convenient.

The location wasn’t ideal, most of the city center is more than a 10-minute walk away.

Very good position, good breakfast

Room not good at all: Terrible smell both in the room and the bathroom. There is a hot water pipe running through the bathroom or it is above the kitchen because it was very hot, the stove was very hot. Very small room. The air conditioning cannot be adjusted.
