1) The coffee machine did not work. When addressed with staff they simply said sorry. Did not offer to fix the issue or give a complimentary cup of coffee from the restaurant. 2) The one light flickered when turned off. Needed to pull the room key out and cut all power to the room to solve the problem. 3) the 2 twin beds kept separating and my wife and I continued to fall through the middle of the two beds. Overall, for the money, not a value. The staff at the desk were friendly but inexperience and not professional at problem solving.

Nice location. Great Italian restaurant across the street which was good for our late arrival.

Excellent location in the middle of the historic town. Spacious room, very quiet (as to the interior court). Great intermal connection to the parking garage.

Sometimes the breakfast staff was inattentive or not properly trained.

Amazing room, great touches such as bottled water and local wine. Stayed here a few times over last 4 years and always perfect.

The service/staff was exceptionally good - really outstanding. Room and beds were very comfortable.Very good breakfast. Diner and again the service in the restaurant excellent.

The parking and rooms in 2 separate buildings is a little strange. We were in the new part and son was in the old building next store, connected by stairs and walkways. Very confusing at times. He could not access our room so we had to give him our key to come to our part of the hotel.

The location is very good.The facilities are also nice.

The room was a little too warm and just a small window. There was a concern about cleanness that we mentioned only at the time of check out.

Nothing really, but the annex hold the newer/larger rooms, so you go via a tunnel to another building for the newer rooms. The historic hotel holds only the more traditional rooms.

Restaurant for breakfast kind of crowded

Easy access to the Straßenbahn, nice breakfast included. Best part were Jasmine and Sophie at the front desk. Treated us like royalty and took care of our every need and then some. Best staff we’ve ever encountered!

Not much. We could have used some phone charger USB outlets, but warm milk and honey at bedtime and a towel warmer in the shower made up for that detail in spades.

It's generally a nice hotel in a good location.

We had to wait for both of our rooms to be ready to check-in because they weren't cleaned yet. However, one of the rooms was not very clean. They charged us 40 Euros for the additional person in the other room. The parking costs 25 Euro extra. On the final day, the cleaning staff entered the hotel room before we checked out (whole we took a walk), even though we said we would stay until a specific time.

For sure the breakfast and the coziness of the place. The single bed room was comfortable, with enough space for you to relax. Also, the heating system was always on point.

The hotel is okay. Firm bed. Breakfast okay, if a bit cramped.

First room very poor lighting and only one small window. We were moved because they could not mend a blocked toilet. The new room was bright and comfortable . . . which only showed how poor the first room was! Parking at €25 a day is more than we paid anywhere else on a road trip from Frankfurt to Munich.
