Clean and tidy room. Excellent breakfast with good selection. Very friendly atmosphere. The hotel is close to the city center. The staff is friendly and happy to give information/direction. Parking is convenient and not expensive.

There was no safety deposit box. A small fridge would have been practical to keep food or drink. There was no tea or coffee facilities in the room. More information could be convenient for those who travel by car as to how to find the way to the hotel car park.

Location close to the center, friendly staff and comfortable family room

Great place in a beautiful city. The room was big, the staff nice and they offered breakfast. The biggest plus is the location, it's very easy to walk to the city center and there is a park nearby. They also offer parking but it's not very easy to find an entrance.

You have to pay extra for a dog. I was told the fee is 12 euros but paid more than that. There is no Netflix only German cable TV.

Reception slow. Only on elevator for a busy hotel. Self book in system says "simple and fast", far from it.

Staff was extremely nice. When they heard that I had a job interview the next day, they provided an extremely quiet room. So super nice!

I liked the location of the facility, it was easy approach from the autobahn.

The check in process at the entrance was a mission impossible, the system didn't recognised any of my details. I had to call the customer service at 1 am, after 40 minutes struggling. Lift is very slow and always busy. The room was ice cold, the only problem was this happened in January, the blankets were tiny baby sizes and thin like a spider webb, Cleanliness is definitely poor. Breakfast is another issue, it's way too expensive, €12.30/person... I'm using only B&B Hotels all the time in Germany, I'm very satisfied with the franchise, but this one is not mine anymore, I never gonna come back to this one. Really sorry guys, you lost my appearance here. Not recommending this place. Thanks

Suprised about the room and hotel in general actually, even though it already looked decent on the pictures. For a nightstop, this is more than you can expect.

Only 'negative' was understanding the way into the parking, but might as well been our mistake. Just a little unclear you can enter the street until the parking, even though it's a one-way.

The check in was easy.

A very minimal room. I didn't realize it was so small when I booked it. Met our needs, but there is no room to maneuver. It's probably a good deal for the money, but we are just used to more space.

breakfast was good. overall totally fine for what we needed. location was easy to get to by bus or a 15 minute walk.

beds were a little hard. there is a cinema across the street but no stores or restaurants really close.
