Perfect location, beautiful view, Melanie was very helpful.

The short stairways to get to an in between floor.

The view from the hotel across the Main River to the Castle and hillside vineyards is breathtaking.

Nice hotel facing the River Main. Our room was tiny, as was the bathroom, but everything was comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is a 5-10 minute walk to the center of Old Town. The hotel has a locked garage where we could store and charge our e-bikes.

AC was too loud and shower door was hanging very loose so every time we took shower we were afraid it might fall down

All good at the Walfisch, friendly and helpful staff and service, very good breakfast. The location is good, it's on the River Main, good access anywhere in the Altestadt Old Town. The facilities, room also were very comfortable, good.

One of our rooms did not have curtains or shutter’s not good in the middle of summer.

Directly along the river, maybe 10 minutes stroll to the Mainbrucke. Easy walking distant to the entire Altstadt. Parked the car and never needed it again until we left Wurzburg.Room to light. Beautiful windows showing the river and fortress across the Main river.THe breakfast was worth it and it was in a quant restaurant on the ground floor.Staff was very helpful throughout.

Nothing. All was in order.There is some construction and renovation ongoing but hardly noticed and were not inconvenienced by it.

Good central position.

No kettle, although they did provide one on request. No fridge, building work going on in the room next door until late.

Mike behind reception made us feel very welcome! A warm greeting to start with, translating the menu was appreciated and lots of helpful guidance throughout our stay. We had parking booked which was secure and well taken care of. The rooms were well appointed and comfortable. Try out the hotels restaurant; well worth a visit!

Nothing - is is a lovely place to stay to discover the town.

Location is really perfect plus our room on the 2nd floor had a wonderful view on the river and castle. Private Parking spot was very welcome.

We could have stayed longer

Excellent location with a beautiful view of the fortress and chapel across the river. Rooms are small which is typical of older European hotels. Nice breakfast is available and a vending machine for snacks although there is a convenience shop a couple blocks away. Staff are friendly and professional

Beautifully located right next to the river and a short walk to the centre of town. Secure parking for my motorbike in the hotel's own lockable garage.

The room had not been properly cleaned. Street noise.

A 'traditional' style hotel facing the river within walking distance of old town. Comfortable and spacious room. Good quality well chosen finishes and fittings. Private parking available very near by

Good location along the Main river overlooking the old castle. Air conditioning is a plus. Friendly staff. Convenient and flexible wine/ beer/ snack automate in the lobby. Possibility to park in their garage.

No pet care, despite the 15€charge/ night.No coffee or refrigerator in the room.

Location was great! The view of the fortress on the hill was unbelievable! Everything was within walking distance.

Perfect location for visiting Wurzburg! Spectacular view over the fortress, near the "old bridge". Close to everything, yet out of crowds noise! Walking distance to all the major touristic "points"!Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Charming "esplanada" outside, with lovely view to the fortress, river and old bridge. Car park (private) at 50 m! Overall, good value for money!
