Good hotel, great parking for motorcycles.

Self service check in on the wall outside the hotel door with no cover.

Parking on site, balcony, great lounge to enjoy your drinks in and most importantly a human being to check you in!

The hotel met our needs perfectly

The location isn’t central, but access to the tramway made visiting the old town simple

It was clean.

To be fair, the hotel exactly matched it's description on Booking.com but we have stayed in 6 different hotels this holiday from Berlin to Koblenz and this hotel was the most expensive with the least facilities. A fair distance from central Würzburg. The room and beds were tiny. Bed on castors. Parking off site. Not ideal for couple with disabilities. We kept getting emails asking us to check in online but the relevant links were missing.

Breakfast was good. Location was 50m from tram stop to go to centre (10 mins). Undercover parking was good but had to pay extra.

Aircon didn't work (33 degrees outside) and reception said they could only report it as too late for engineer, no offer to change room. Followed up with reception when checking out and nothing had been reported. Completely unapologetic response, nothing they could do but report it again and we were told someone would contact us. No communication received after 5 weeks.

Do not stay here.

The AC in the room didn’t work, when talking to staff about the issue we were met with aggression and rudeness, I’ve never stayed somewhere where they close the front desk reception. Key cards wouldn’t work to get in the building and had to call a number on a dry erase board. Loud street as well. I was miserable my entire stay.

I like this hotel. Many things l loved from my first visit but were a bit different on my second visit. Not in a really bad way but just different

I didn't like the fact that the room was so hot like a furnace. I know the weather cannot be controlled but a fan that was in the wardrobe just made the room even hotter. Yes there was a balcony but it was also so hot outside. Air conditioning in every room would be a step forward but I know the expense of it. Also the self check in machine was right inline with the sun. As the sun beat down you could hardly see what's written on the screen. Maybe some sort of cover over the top of the machine might help. To act as a sun shield. Not criticisms, just facts from my visit

The breakfast was nice and the breakfast staff were very good.

My room was very warm and difficult to cool down.

The rooms are very basic, but clean and perfect for a quick stay-over.The two male staff at Reception were very friendly and helpful! Great client service throughout our stay!The hotel is not within walking distance to the center, however a tram stops in front of the hotel and runs every half an hour.

Just an overnight stop really, but we had connecting rooms for my son, and the breakfast was really excellent for a relatively low price out of the city. We liked Würzburg too, small enough to discover in a short time but cool too

No claims. Spacious parking. Appropriate location. Comfortable beds. Good breakfast.

Convenience of the location (not far away from motorway), bathroom and room size

Even though we enjoyed the breakfast, it hardly qualifies as "fabulous" or even "very good", more like an "alright breakfast". The neighborhood is uninspiring and getting to the parking took us a couple of tries

No internet available. When I asked what was wrong i was approached by the hotel manager with the following:”if you don’t like it we can give your money back and go somewhere else!”

Staff was frendly and helpfull. Parking available but limited spaces.

Awful smell of sewer in the room coming from bathroom. Old rooms. Old and noisy AC's. Only German channels on TV. Basic breakfast selection.

Comfortable bed, clean. Nice bathroom. Near to motorway. There is plenty of free parking.
