Location to train station.

We took this property as a suggested by booking.com as a top pick. The first room we entered, the bedding was stained, sheets were placed on the bed in messy fashion, and we learned the hard way that the bed was broken. The hotel provided a different room that was slightly better. If we could have canceled, we would have booked somewhere else.

It was cute and clean

The WiFi was horrible and not strong enough for business zoom meetings. It kept disconnecting and I could not complete my business meetings.

No reception--no way to store luggage. Took us an hour (mostly on the phone) to get a code to get into the rooms.

Location in center of town.Cosy breakfast room.Not expensive, when discounted.

In my three day stay room didn't get cleaned. Only dustbin emptied once.Narrow stairs, no lift.No vending machines.Breakfast no buffet.

It was quiet and comfortable.

Codes for entry to property and steep stairs up to room. No reception staff for help or information.Very disappointing. A non event.

contactless check in, it went smooth and over xmas there were few guests as well. the room is warm and serves the purpose with coffee maker and a kettle for tea.

It is an old building and one guest had a baby so we heard baby crying in the morning and at night but it was ok.It might be too loud in summer or when the hotel is booked at full capacity

Clean, spacious room with a big bathroom. It came fully equipped, so we had everything we wanted: coffee, water, hair dryer, etc. The hotel itself is super central, which was extremely convenient for us who were there for a festival at the Posthalle next to the station. Great value for its money and the staff were extremely polite and accommodating—we'll be returning next year!

The fact that the double beds aren't really double beds, but rather two single mattresses put together. It was also a little inconvenient that our room was on the third floor of the hotel, as there was no elevator.

In four days no room service, even garbage wasn' t removed. Messages from housekeeper only in german. Poor comunication with housekeeper - delayed response to all questions.

Access was easy with the pin code, the room was clean and comfy, and the location was great

Functional accommodation. Meets its purpose. Close to the central station and easy to visit the main tourist attractions on foot.

Near to the Center and parking place at the evening is no problem.

Since I could not immediately open and read the e-mail received from your side. Until ı have arrived hotel same day at 22.00 pm, ı came a cross big problem, in the middle of the night. the hotel that night (10.06.2024), I that the hotel entrance was encrypted and there was no authorized officer at the hotel. When I looked at the hotels email message, I could not understand anything at all, because, email was written German languace, there no way to find my room number or the password on the message. I live in United Kingdom, ı know only English. And than, I had to call the number on email, but no one answered, then I went to the nearby Pub and asked for help from the German barmate, I learned my room number and door password, with his assistance. Eventualy ı was able to enter my room. But it took me more than one hour to achieve this point. İn the mean time, my friend and his family, who made a reservation with me same time, which we were traveling together, they could not enter their room and stay hotel that night. Because, they had also received a message in German language, they had to go and ask help same barmate, they have been told ; there is no password and room number at all. He says, ı can not find any details at all.on the message. As a result, after much effort, I was able to enter my room, but they could not enter their room. Personally, I was definitely not satisfied with this hotel, and I do not recommend it to anyone to stay. I have stayed in this such a type of "I-Hotels" so many times, but I never had a problem with them. When I first made my reservation, If I had known that I would receive a message in German, I would not have made my reservation. I am complaining about this issue, I am not satisfied as a customer. PS ; When ı leaving hotel following morning, ı have seen Chinese people had same problem, which they couldn’t find room number ext. I was also trying to help them my self. Rooms are beautiful and very clean.The position is perfect, near the city centre. Breakfast is good.

No elevator

The location is very central and close to the old town. Maria frome homekeepers was very quick to reply to our questions. They also allowed us to check out an hour later.

Just a comment- the hotel not suitable for any person with physical dissabilities. No elevator and the shower is difficult to get in and out.

Out-of-hours service was excellent. Location great. Room very clean.

Wifi password and TV did not work!

Good beds. Nice bottle of water and little sweets. Good TV. Self check in well organised. Parking and EV charger nearby. In the centre.

Unfortunately there was no airco and we were there on the hottest days. It was so warm in the room that we hardly slept... with a toddler it was a real challenge. The room really needs the upgrade with airco looking at the average temperatures in Europe!

Great location, very central. Nice and spacious room. Everything was clean and nice. No contact hotel, but everything went smoothly.Parking lot right next to the hotel.
