Very good price/quality ratio. Spacious and clean room.

Parking garage outside of the hotel with high daily price.

Modern hotel with nice clean rooms. Friendly staff. Good breakfast.

The bar/restaurant was understaffed the evening we arrived and had dinner. Too many guests for only 2 waiters/bar attendants leading to longer waiting times, confusion with serving dishes and dishes not available anymore.

The young gentleman at the front desk was very accommodating and helpful. (Sorry I don’t recall his name).

The glass doors maybe a nice architectural feature but definitely don’t offer privacy. We miss a luggage stand.

There is no heaters in the room,they changed me several room,but heaters isn’t work,then I charged one night and arrange me another hotel,I paid the 25 euro for breakfast i was little late to go the breakfast like 4 minutes late they didn’t want to serve me o arrange it’s to anther day breakfast recipients unfriendly,very disappointed not recommended

Easily reachable from the highway, walking distance to city centre, great breakfast.

parking is not in the same building. not pleasant if it's cold and raining.

The location and size of the room, also the mattress were comfortable

Pillows are horrible, and the bathroom had mouldy silicone. Lack of empathy from staff, parking is not included, and the price for the parking is overkill, considering the rate you already pay for the room.

The rooms are quite nice and breakfast was a great selection.

I requested a travel cot for my little daughter which didn't get provided, the doors to the room are so heavy and don't stay open with no way to lock them so it's super difficult to get through the door with a buggy and/or luggage. The tissue box had 4 tissues which didn't get us very far and the toilet seat came down so quickly it ended up into my daughter's face when she tried to close it. Parking with €25 is super expensive!!!

Rooms are not cheap. Breakfast is very complete with a lot of options. Continental and English breakfast. Rooms are clean. Fast internet available (extra) and parking (extra) possible through separated parking lot for 25 euro a day.

Unfortunately, the hotel entrance is near a busy street, which means that if you drive with navigation to the hotel it will let you off on this street rather than guide you to the parking lot of this hotel. Rooms are a bit noisy due to hotel guests coming back late to their rooms.

I liked the location of the hotel. Würtzburg is a nice city. Close to the motorway. Gym in the hotel was a nice PLUS.

Parking. You pay 100 €/night and you are asked for another 25 € for parking? Fortunately, you can park in nearby (3 minute walk) for free.

The room cleaners smell bad and their smell remains in the room after cleaningI filed a complaint with the receptionist, unfortunately nothing has changed.

The welcome drink was lovely. The two ladies on the reception desk were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately, the two men working at the checkout were extremely rude, which spoiled my experience slightly.

-High ceiling rooms, rain shower- printed a sheet for me- ordered taxi -gym looked good

- getting forced to opt out of room cleaning for a drink voucher, in the end my room didn’t got cleaned up a single time over three nights. On the last night they offered me a drink instead but that doesn’t help anymore. I received a set of fresh towels on the 3rd night upon request. -some mold in shower

It was a ten minute walk from the centre, but we did not mind that

The breakfast is good, we were in a twin room as the hotel was full to capacity and the beds were small. Our room was not serviced over the two nights but that was no biggy. It is a functional hotel excellent for business trips.

Very narrow single beds for a 70 kg person, airco quite old (not working efficiently), no sound isolation, parking 25 EUR (you need to walk outside 10 min from your car to room), dog tax 20 EUR (nothing is provided for a dog in the room for this price), overall - an overpriced hotel and a quality very low for AC Marriot
