Checking was easy and front desk staff was very helpful.

The staff is really friendly.

The room was really small and didn't even have some basic amenities. So i was happy with the hospitality but really disappointed with the stay. The location is just 10 minutes away from hauptbahnhof so not a bad location i will say.

The breakfast was good and the staff was really friendly. The location was good as it was close to where I had my meetings in the hospital. I was also glad that they had free parking in the courtyard. Next door to the hotel is a pizzeria that served great food, so we could go for dinner there after a long day of meetings.

The bed was too hard and not comfortable, the pillows were also too flat, such that one pillow was too low and 2 pillows were too high for the neck region. It was also very loud in the room, as one can hear people passing and talking in the hallway. Because of the disturbed and insufficient sleep I don’t think I will be booking a room in this hotel anytime soon. And it’s surely not worth the price.

Room was smoky, bathroom door is broken, light was dimmed. Not a good room.

We didn't felt safe

Few hours after checkin receptionist just unlocked our door with keycard and entered. He had an excuse that he thought the room was empty. After that I've locked the door from inside. In the morning again someone unlocked the door with keycard but it was not able to enter as the door was locked from inside. We felt unsafe in the room.They put 2 separate beds next to each other and call it a king size bed.Just behind my pillow was the socket for electricity and lights. That is strange and not practical.

The hotel is close to the Unikilik, and there are buses with stops close by that can get you into the city center.The rooms were decent, with comfortable beds, but the bathrooms are quite small and cramped.If you're coming by car, please note that there are only 5-6 available parking spots in the hotel parking lot, and if those are occupied you'll need to look for curbside parking on the street (100 - 150 meters from the hotel). Of course, you can also pay for a garage spot offered by the hotel.

The bathrooms was rather small, but not unusable. When checking out, we had to wait ~15 minutes for the receptionist to arrive, as the only other person was a lady who was serving breakfast, and she didn't speak English, only German.

The housekeeping is not friendly , strike and had a strong voice.

Location is a bit far from the center, however there is a bus station close to the hotel so it's not a big issueOpen concept showers - would probably work better if you are travelling as a couple

The staff was super friendly and quick to prepare the room. The beds were super comfortable. Position is good for a rest, close to a Pizzeria and a Kebab shop, supermarket and gasoline station are also very close.

The shower did not have one door, but it was not a huge problem.

I would have really liked to have hotel slippers. They are usually in every hotel and I was pretty much surprised that it was not here.

Newly made rooms . Most spacious during our entire trip. Big rooms compared to European standards. The hotel is away from the tourist attractions in residential area but we had car so it was not an issue for us. Very smiling and welcoming staff. Bathroom doesn’t have a door in new accommodation so rooms are meant for couples .

The new rooms are spacious, attractive and comfortable. The shower is large and and the bed was comfortable.The staff was very helpful!

The hotel was a really nice place: clean, good connection to the city center and kind personnel. We had nothing to complain about our room, and we could drop off our packages before we checked in later.

The third bed was a little bit tough, and the price was a little bit too expensive (although in Würzburg all the prices were higher than usual for accommodation). Because of the construction before the hotel, we were a little bit disoriented at the time we arrived.

Quiet, efficient air conditioning over some very hot weather. The room was small but well designed and the bed comfortable. There was adequate hanging space for clothes. There were 2 chairs too. The location was a few kilometres out from the city centre but very close to a bus stop. The ride took only a few minutes.

There is nothing that I can think of. Maybe put a small kettle in the room.

Very good location for the ones traveling by car, garage available for extra cost. Good breakfast and attentive staff.

Cleanliness can be improved, the trashcan in the bathroom was not empty from the previous stay.

The staff were super-friendly, the room very new, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and the facilities very comfortable. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood right next to a park along a stream. There was parking at the hotel which was very convenient.

I would have liked for the shower to have a door, a curtain or at least a door to the bathroom area... Otherwise our stay was very nice!
