The location is perfect. The staff performance excellent!

I had to find a property quickly for one night after a problem with my actual hotel and this felt great. The hotel was basic but I was so relieved that I loved it. Breakfast was handled by a swanky nearby hotel and it was excellent! Champagne and salmon and many wonderful dishes.

The smallish room was up about four flights. The bathroom was quite large and comfortable.

Wine and water every day was exceptional. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

Clean and comfortable. Good WiFi. Excellent breakfast. Nice lounge area. Restaurant Beer garden below.

Having to figure out parking situation was confusing. Needing to check in at other location was inconvenient.

Room was clean, bright and comfortable. Great heating for winter. Perfect location, walking distance to everything, transport very close. Staff were really lovely and friendly. Breakfast was great, good quality and variety of options.

Just that the walls are a bit thin so you can sometimes hear other guests and some cigarette smoke from the restaurant below came in the window.

The size of the řoom and the breakfast was very good. Also the location.

our room was directly above the restaurant. it was way zoo noisy , there was loud music till 11pm . in the morning, 7am, we heard noise from garbage collectors .. we can smell the smoking of cigarette ftom outside when the window is open .

Nothing, is an average hotel.

Smells like a china restaurant. the reception is far away from hotel. The walls fin like paper, so you can hear everything from other guests.

Room was on 3 rd floor with no lift

We were a bit suspicious when we were asked to check in at a nearby hotel, but needn't have worried. The hotel is run very professionally with all facilities and immaculate rooms. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the apartment was beautifully finished.Würzburg itself ws a surprise. We'd been told to expect a drab 50's city, but it turns out it's a vibrant fun loving place. Don't miss the riverside.

The rooms were very well designed and clean. The location was very good. The complementary drinks were good.

Lack of alternative milk at breakfast, such as a carton of oat milk. Staff were quite abrupt at breakfast informing us to place the sign outside our room and that the pancakes were finished although there was still nearly an hour left until the end of breakfast.

Comfortable and clean

Next to bar which can provide noise at night, on one side of hotel, especially on weekends, that some might not like.

Small but cozy and warm. I have booked a double room and they gave us a single room by mistake. The staff brought us the missing blanket and towel 10 minutes after my call. Was helpful!

The common area is new renovated and cute. Breakfast is okay and they have good coffee machines.

Good location. Public parking for money, but close to hotel. Kind staff. Good breakfest. Small bottle of wine and water for each room. Possibility to get coffe and tea anytime

The aroma in the lobby weird.

Parking spaces too small. Tiny room, way smaller than pictures made you expect. Questionable people hanging around hotel area. "Vier Jahreszeiten" is an appendix to the "Wuerzburger Hof", which is in a different location. At the W-Hof, very patronizing concierge.

Clean comfy room and good breakfast a stone’s throw from the station. Bikes are stored safely at a lock up garage across the road from the hotel - 2 euros per night. The reception ( located at a sister hotel 50 yds away) was very helpful and stored our luggage once we had checked out of our room , allowing us to spend an unburdened morning exploring Würzburg

I don’t think there is a lift

The lack of an elevator was really a problem with carrying my heavy suitcase up to the 3rd floor. In this case I would expect the management offer help!!!

The hotel itself is very interesting. I loved all the little sayings written on the wall and in the bathroom. The beds were clean and very comfortable ! Well done in this regard. The young man who looked after breakfast is AMAZING. He really went ouf of his way to accommodate everyone and he shuld be recognized for his great work!

Staff Training - the night guy at the "other hotel" tried to charge us again and was nice but it appeared he wasn't expecting me & didn't quite know what to do. A LIFT WOULD HELP! Long hike with luggage up all those stairs. You need a DO NOT DISTURB sign and system. The cleaning guy went into my room without asking on the first day - cleaned the room nicely, but I felt a little violated. And on the check out day - he just WALKED in TWICE and knocked 3 other times to encourage me to leave. NOT COOL!!
