    Pros +

    • - Very gentle and proactive professionals, always smiling and trying to help;- Room was OK, with a good shower and bed, but nothing special;- Internal heated pool was good.
    • The facilities are good. The food is great. It’s probably the most comfortable room I’ve ever stayed in, the bed was amazing. The trial is also lovely, really feels like you’re in the middle of the rainforest.
    • Nice family hotel close to Sao Paulo, big rooms, nice pool and spa

    Cons -

    • - The location is terrible, surrounded by dangerous areas and difficult to reach from SP on a Friday.- Food (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) is poor, with limited options, very repetitive, and of average to low quality; very disappointing.- The building is very old, except for a few renovated areas, giving a very 80s or 90s vibe and not what I’d expect from an Almenat.- The kids’ area is poor, with very few toys, and the space is underused.- The price is way too high for what’s offered; it should be at least 25% cheaper.
    • I think the pools and areas around the pools could use a little renovation as they’re a bit dated & our coffee machine/tv remote didn’t work. There was also huge event on the first day that was very noisy and the outdoor facilities weren’t useable as there was people everywhere.
    • Facilities were a little bit old and food was ok

Close to SP great rooms and hotel public areas. Breakfast is great and lunch and dinner is good

    Pool area could be better

Food needs attention. Quality and cooking of meet needs improvement. Apparently the short staff, equipment and training are behind it. Low quality barbecue is an example.

The property is beautiful, with remaining Mata Atlantica. The room is amazing, cool decor, spacious, with separated wc room, shower room and two basins. Breakfast, lunch and dinner with several food and drink options. The staff were all very friendly. Highly recommend.

Traffic jam from SP to Embu.

Rooms are tastefully furnished, comfortable beds, excellent shower, lovely views into the rainforest to watch the birds.Good facilities (indoor and outdoor pool, garden, lake, sports grounds incl bowling)Good breakfast and friendly forthcoming staff.

A minor thing: no green tea (it seems exotic ;))The place might get a bit packed on weekends.
