Good staff clean

Too noisy food wasn't great

It is a small resort, with kitchen open all day and two swimming areas. Staff are friendly and Tiago spoke good English. They also have late check out 6pm for half the price of the night.

The bed linen is incredibly bad without an elastic sheet, making it difficult to sleep because the sheet keeps coming off the bed during the night. Good quality is poor, and lack of attention to detail from the staff.

It's a huge hotel and therefore too noisy. There was no where to park when we were there so we needed to park in th neighbouring hotel and walk. The linen sheets seemed to be clean but not the rest of the sleeping covers etc... so it was quite disgusting.

The breakfast has many options. The rooms are decent and have are conditioning.

The location on the road side is not really that nice, specially when driving to the city and coming back.

Breakfast was decent. The check-in process was also quick. I suggest that hotel more for people that wake up around 6 and people with children.

There was a lot of noise from the outside. Very easily disturbing because the walls are very thin so we can hear everything from the other rooms and from outside. Hard to really have a good rest in that hotel. Lunch didn't have much variety, for that price you can find way better food elsewhere.

Swimming pool, sauna, bedroom, restaurant, staff, TV channels.

Gym, missing a frigobar, they don't delivery things on the room (service), and the localization is bad to take an Uber.

My family enjoyed the recreation facilities. The staff was great. Parking was convenient.

The first room smelled of cigarettes and the linen contained multiple hairs. Thankfully, the problem was resolved. The process was a bit inconvenient for my family but acceptable.
