Pullman Sao Paulo Guarulhos Airport

The location, the food (breakfast), the quiet and the helpfulness of the staff. Pool and spa are added attractions as well as functioning wifi. Also there is a wonderful view of SP from the 10th floor.

Super location for airport connection-free shuttle and 10 min trip. The room was excellent, comfortable bed, great shower. The breakfast is excellent, plenty of options, and if you leave too early there is a coffee station and pao de queijo :)

Staff was extremely polite and nice. Room was large and very comfortable. Nice amenities as well. I ordered the risotto with salmon through room service and the dish was delicious and delivered fast. They also gave me a room upgrade. Also liked the coffee and snacks for early risers.

Airport shuttle took too long. Ended up taking a taxi and hotel paid for it.

Fantastic staff, beautiful facilities! We made a mistake with our room service order and they were super understanding about it.Really cool facilities with lots to do and beautiful ambience. They are pet friendly and have a dog play area outside as well as a climbing structure and running path near the pool which has great tanning chairs and a bar.

It has a very nice vibe. Doesn’t feel like an airport hotel at all. Nice staff, good food, comfortable rooms.

I’m silver Accor customer but due to I’ve done the booking using booking.com I’ve not allowed to use the hotel gift.

Everything was perfect for me and the little one. There was so much to do for the children and us. Breakfast was lovely with all the fresh produce available. the Shuttle service was hard to spot at first but when we found it it was really easy to use.
