Local staff, (not foreign staff- very friendly)Is a bit strick in a sense of I don’t know, superiority complex. Not friendly. Not internationally capable. Doesn’t speak English.

Freshly renovated rooms making this a much better budget hotel than older reviews indicated. Rooms are in a simple but hip decor.

Strict 3pm check-in time. Should be more flexible if rooms are available.

Rooms were clean. Location isn't bad, value is there.

Received conflicting information from the staff, we were told rooms are only cleaned if we ask them to clean it, but my colleagues room was cleaned without asking. Was told packages could be delivered to the reception but reception rejected the package when dpd tried to deliver it. Wifi was super inconsistent.

Room was very OK and close to shopping area and nice Greek restaurant nearby.

My fault : location was not where i should have booked. Also parking was a problem. I should have checked before

Good placement, easy to reach Darmstadt Center or Central Station from here

They were renovating and it was a lot of dirt and noise like drilling machine at 7 am

The light in the toilet kept coming on due to a movement sensor in the room. I would much rather have a light switch.

Lots of construction work. No staff on site.Checking in was difficult.

The hotel is extremely basic but enough for what I need in a work trip and was extremely cheap, I was a bit concerned of what I was going to find because of its price but the hotel is fine and confortable. the bathroom is small and all in plastic but, again, enough for me.

The check-in process is cumbersome for a non German. All done through a machine at the entrance. All the interface is is only in German and, my fault, I do not speak German. The QR code provided did not work so I had to face the German interface. A simple piece of paper explaining the process in other languages would help. The good part is that there are friendly and helpful people in the reception of the hotel around the corner (seem to belong to the same company) who help you to complete the check-in if needed. Without tham I would have not made it. We were three colleagues, arriving at different times and we all face the same issue and needed the help from the humans next door

Everything was excellent. The room is as shown in the pictures and the mattress is comfortable, shower has good pressure. Given its price, this option is highly recommended.

This is a budget hotel and good value for money. The room was a nice size, clean and very comfortable with a good, hot shower. The room and facilities are very basic but it has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The location was great; walking distance to the center and lots of public transport opportunities very close nearby. The room was fairly big and the bed ok. We also appreciated the backup support given by the nearby hotel THE .

There was no hairdryer in the room and no real wardrobe.

The room was very basic but it was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The shower was also very nice. The location is good, near to the city centre and next to a main tram and bus stop.

There were not staff to help check in or ask any questions too. They did not reply to my questions via email.

No service at all and no respect to clients! Rooms are very small, uncomfortable, and not clean. There was a bad smell in the entire hotel. Very poor room service.. and it feels like there is no reception at all. The only good thing was the great breakfast served in cafeteria nearby.

The shower room smells a little bit.

The room was not clean and it smelled like cigarettes, someone smoked in the room. In fact, we found ash and cigarette butts on the window cell.

The hotel is right in the middle of town, easy to drive to and easy to find parking. The staff was very friendly, and I got a upgrade. Cool atmosphere, as the bar and reception was combined at the time I arrived.

Location is close to the city center, although not in a great neighborhood

Facilities were very old, especially the bathroom. The toilet didn't work properly and the water was running all night, so I couldn't even sleep properly Smell was also bad
