Best Western Hotel Darmstadt Mitte

Nicely located near the middle of the Darmstadt. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good.

The hotel is not recommended for business professionals because of its small size and lack of view. No in-room dining option. Probably a better choice for students and people traveling on budget.

Breakfast was given early and coffee was free and available even in the middle of the night .

The property was right on the contraction side. was noise especially during the day.

Relatively new .Very clean & big rooms. There are a tiny points , which I informed the management and they are already working on it.

Location is perfect. Easy walking access to public transportation and Airliner (direct access to Frankfurt Airport). Breakfast is very good with nice choices. Room was bigger than expected for one person. Appreciate the mini fridge, so you can store some fruit or snacks. Very quiet despite central location. My room had AC, although I did not need it during my stay.

Although I found it excellent, my wife only rated it as adequate due to the lack of choice. It was understandable due to the number of people we saw at breakfast. However, this was not the hotels fault.

Lack of tea/coffee facilities in the room.

Professional and courteous staff; excellent breakfast buffet; great and quiet location near Wilhelminen Straße, Luisenplatz, and the Staatstheater.

Location was great, garage parking directly under the hotel with access to hotel. Also just about 100 meters to main square with transport access to anywhere in the city. Friendly staff. Quick check in and check out. Room was spacious for 1 person and area to sit. Breakfast was good, 15 eur extra. Enough options, also good warm food.

Can't complain, it was decent stay.

Excellent location, very close to Louisenplatz. Very close to an area full of shops, restaurants, cafes. Comfortable big room, very good central heating, very clean, high pressure for hot water. Free coffee machine next to my room.

Everything was great. I have no negative comments!

- good breakfast- AC was working

- the WiFi did not reach my room which was situated at the end of the corridor- room cleaning only came after 2 days, and only after I notified the staff at the reception- mini fridge was not working- poor value for money

Location is fantastic. Most of the staff are lovely. Facilities are basic but everything is as described by hotel. Good value for money. Breakfast is small but plenty to eat. Being able to check out the night before is great for morning flights out.

Beds are a little small.

Situated in a quiet location, yet very near Darmstadt centre with restaurants and cafés. Good public transport in the vicinity too. Staff was very friendly, room was spacious, lighting was nice, WiFi was fast - good combination for work trips. I would return myself and would recommend.

Decor and design of reception area could be updated to make it more aesthetic & lively; but it's still very comfortable.

A bit dated

Brilliant location right in the town centre. Very friendly staff. Free use of coffee machine in the lobby.

Great location - perfect for walking to museums, art nouveau quarter, etc

Great location, cozy atmosphere, wonderful staff and very clean

Great Location, clean and Amazing staff

Very good

Noisy in our room that was right next to reception and above the entrance/exit to the carpark. Bathroom was a bit too small.
