Comfortable bed, friendly staff and good breakfast, air-conditioning in the common spaces (important during the heat wave)

No oatmilk coffee at breakfast

Large room. Very clean. Nice bed.

Location was a little seedy. Could hear people outside all night. Parking garage was difficult to navigate.

Good use of space, large and comfortable bed, roomy (for Europe) shower.

A dorm fridge would be a good addition.

The room was ok. This is why I didn't give only 1 point. But...

We were on a bicycle tour. I asked them where to store our bikes. I was told to put then in the understand garage. I did so. For the next morning, both were gone. The lady at the front desk helped me to call the police, but showed no empathy. Like this is business as normal.

The room was simple, but had everything you need and clean. Breakfast was very good. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Beds are uncomfortable. The mattresses are thin and they slide on the bed because there's no support around them.The bathroom floor was stained.We booked for two people but we only had one large towel and one hand towel. One of them had a long hair on it.The air conditioner wasn't working properly. We set it on its lowest temperature 15. But it was only making hot air. While outside temperature was way lower we were sweating in the room.Opening the window wasn't that helpful because the room was facing a main street and it was loud. We barely got an hour of sleep in total the whole night.

The room was clean and had good and useful facilities. The staff were very warm and friendly. The breakfast was delicious and had a lot of variety

I think it would be very helpful if there was a small fridge in the room. It would make the stay even better

I had a great connection with one of the staff members, and the breakfast was really enjoyable too.

At one point, the elevator broke down and remained out of service for several days.

Good breakfast, good service and hospitality, interesting space concept. The only thing we didn’t really like was the carpeted floor as it also makes a bit of dust which affects the sleep quality if you are sensitive/allergic. Value for price is excellent. Overall I am happy that we stayed here.

Great location, close to city center and train station, very close to bus/tram stop. Nice and clean room, nicely furnished, very quiet (to the back). Very good breakfast buffet. Friendly staff. Everything was perfect for a short stay.

This hotel has a lot of style! We liked the space theme! The decor was really exceptional. Our room was super comfortable and roomy. The bathroom was unique and also spacious as was the shower. The bed and linens were super comfortable too. There was even a desk.

There was nothing that we didn't like.

I became my room and I realised that it is located on the street's side and because of that very noisy. I asked the receptionist for another room, and she charged me for 10 euro more for a VIP room, which was much noisier than the first one (because of the big construction next door of the hotel. When I told the receptionist that befor offering and charging the money you should inform me about that she told me how could I know about the construction and a man who seemed as a technischen rudely told the receptionist that give me room in the basement because it's calm!!! By the way, that was not a good experience, though at night the other receptionist offered me a free drink.

Great location, basic but had everything that we needed. Beautifully styled and decorated and nice bar.

Staff at check-in wasn't very friendly when we had some complicated requests but they managed to get it done at least, pillows in the room were not good at all, room was small and had everything we needed but not very spacious for the price. Wifi was very bad, sadly, hard to watch our show at night in the room.

It’s a very nice place and comfortable.

The only good person at the reception was Frederic he was very helpful and extremely nice! The property is excellent but the staff weren’t nice at the beginning but Frederic handled it correctly, professionally and in a very nice way!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The whole hotel looks very nice.

The doors close very hard. The toilet from the bathroom smells very bad.
