Location is good, staff are helpful and friendly.

Air condition didn't work well.

Nothing to really comment about other than it was close to my office work place. But this situation was unique to my situation and not for all travelers.

The rooms was small for the price I paid for a 4 star hotel USD $---/nite. The location was not the best and the parking entrance through an auto elevator that is so narrow that you fear of scratching your car when entering the elevator to park.

Location was convenient

Check in took over 30 minutes because of technical issues. Then the room only had one pillow and one set of towels. When checking out, they tried to charge us more than was on our original confirmation.

Breakfast, just enough. Not good quality, if you want to have something in your stomach before starting the day, would be good for you.

Broken carpets at the halls, broken blankets at the room.

Room was cute and clean. Location is rather comfortable, near the Central Train Station and not far from the city centre.

Breakfast was rather poor and not tasty.

To buy water, you need to use coins — the machine doesn’t accept credit cards. If you don’t have coins, you’ll need to go to the supermarket, as the hotel doesn’t provide water.To be environmentally friendly, they don’t offer daily cleaning unless you request it. It’s a nice idea, but it would be even better if they offered something in return — for example, a drink voucher, like some other hotels do.

This hotel is conveniently located next to the train station. I had to be in Frankfurt the following day, so it was perfect for this purpose. The friendly staff at reception ensured a quick and efficient check-in and check-out.

Location was great. I loved the view to the trains, but I could imagine that it's not everyone's cup of tea. Comfortable rooms. Breakfast was ok, nothing special.

Staff wasn't particularly nice.

The room was nice but the disadvantage was the location above the train station. I didn't hear passenger trains but the cargo trains were making a bit of noise in the room even though the window was closed. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Adequate place for adequate price. It served our purpose. Well located to train station.

Overall basic. Staff not friendly

Simple, clean and easy

Quality, breakfast. Bedrooms. One pillow. Small. Compact. Poor bar and breakfast

I got spacious room. The breakfast ok. But one day there was no juice. Another there was no bacon. And the coffee machine did not have an option for normal black coffee. Still the breakfast was good enough.

Easy check in, easy check out. Personnel was polite. Room was nice, with cupoboards. Carpet on the floor in the room. Comfy chair, good table to work.

The quality of the breakfeast could be improved. I still heard the train despite the double windows. Did not manage to switch on the towel warmer in the bathroom (probably not working)

I wanna thank the girl with glasses at reception, sorry I can't remember her name.I was there with a big problem and she did her best to help me. She is very very kind and she is a great example of what excellent hospitality means.

Close to station, clean and basics

Flat pillows, no heating working, limited English language TV channels

I arrived at the hotel and was informed the hotel had a fire and it's not operational, they transfer me to Holiday Inn Express, I told them I had a reservation for superior room and already paid for it. I expect my room in Holiday Inn will be a superior room. They assured me that would be the case, however when we arrived at Holiday Inn they refused to give me a better room, I went back to Intercity Hotel Twice, every time they assure me they will correct this, but nothing happened. I paid for superior room, and stayed in a regular room for three days. I demand Booking will take appropriate actions to correct this and reimburse me for my lost.
