Holiday Inn Express Darmstadt By IHG

Great breakfast

Location

Clean, modern

Somewhat expensive for a typical 3 star and a little remote from most conveniences

The breakfast and the comfortable beds.

Even if you book via booking online you need to bring your credit card with you

Good location, service, breakfast, clean, good quality price

Great breakfast included. Clean. Staff friendly.close to train and bus station in a walking distance.

Everything was great

Great space. Really clean and comfortable. Lived the underground parking.

Make sure to tell the staff you need to exit the garage before you head down.

location is good , always free paeking close to the hotel , decent brekfeast clean hotels and affordable price .

Asian girl in the lobby was really rude to us, its second time we come and second time she cant read my booking reservation and tries to charge me more

The breakfast was not rich as it should

Ther is no variety as is known in a four star hotel with everything being in short supply.

- friendly staff- clean room- dove shower gel and shampoo- coffee cups for take away during breakfast- comfy bed- lots of pillows- tea and coffee station in the room- quite room despite of close distance to central station

Comfortable, clean friendly staff

There was an Early check charge. Normally hotels that have a room available don’t charge for it

Modern, clean, good breakfast, safe car parking

Nothing, all good

The room was really nice. Had everything one needs for spending the night.

Breakfast was kind of limited in choice even though what was there was of good quality.

This is 2nd time staying at this Holiday Inn. The staff is extremely friendly and kind! They are very professional! Thanks! "The little American's writer from Pisa Foundation "

We liked to spend the night in the hotel. The room was clean; the bed was confortable and quite place to stay. The breakfast also was good.

When we arrived the parking gate closed to quick and we need to ask the recepcionist to open it. We did it 2x because. It was a little bit annoying.

We came as a family with a small dog and we were treated very nicely. There was no problem with bringing the dog together with us for breakfast. The rooms were very cozy and perfectly neat.

Good location, close to bus stop, rooms were nice and clean and comfortable . Breakfast was great and also Parking garage available .

Most of the people were trying to help

But there was couple of staffs in the reception He was very rude to us and was cutting us even without having a conversation We wanted to ask about the refund of security deposit, the issue was already dealt once and we got refund this was for next booking. I believe he was high and was not understanding English but he speaks English and told us to leave like a nuisance. We were respectful all the way along. Really felt like a racial issue from this person. Unfortunately i dont remember this person name.

Location,friendliness of staff.Comfy rooms,good breakfast.

We dont mind paying for parking but it was not mentioned on the hotel website.

Staff was welcoming and friendly, breakfast bar was good, room was clean and very quiet, location was easy to find, the lounge/bar area was great for hanging out and having a drink.

Bed was a little firm but still slept well.
