Agora' Palace Hotel

The variety of food was outstanding. Outside seating was available. The time was adequate and convenient. Self service coffee machine was easy to operate. The staff was friendly and worked hard to keep the breakfast well stocked and clean after guests left the dining area.

We could get fresh air in the room easily. However, to sleep comfortably at night required some air-conditioning. An open window could have solved he problem but outside traffic noise would have been a problem. Thus directions on how to use the air conditioner would have been more convenient and helpful.

Great hotel in the middle of Biella. Helpful staff who gave me advise on how to have a look around Biella in one hour.Nice restaurant with good atmosphere.

Very clean hotel, very friendly staff at all areas. Comfortable to park underneath the hotel, within the price of the room. Room was renovated and looked very nice. Nice restaurant/bar on the roof. Opposite the city center.

A bit hard to find, had to drive twice around the block to finally find the parking. There is no official reception area where you can stop. A road sign might help.

Staff are very nice and helpful. The breakfast is good and offers a small selection of local products.

The decor is a bit worn out and in need of revamping

Fantastic breakfast and well equipped gym. Very close to city centre and underground parking on site.

All perfect

Everything but especially the staff at reception. Unfortunately, they can not remember their names but are so friendly and accommodating. Rooms recently updates, I think, amazing rooftop area, free parking, and central location. I have a fondness for this hotel. I had to leave early due to family illness back in 2022, and they were amazing.

Location was great with underground car parking. The room was very clean and very comfortable, if not a little dated in decor - but obviously this did not affect our stay. There was the most amazing restaurant on the roof. Food was exceptional and service from the young g girl behind the bar was excellent (only sorry I didn’t get her name). Infact all the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

Just the decor needs updating

Spacious clean comfortable room with big bed and 2 chairs. Nice light bright room. Good breakfast choices. Lovely hotel. Good free underground parking. Good location for city exploration.

Air conditioning didn't work under 22 degrees C. No prices for resturant displayed in reception or on website. There was no coffee provided for the kettle only tea.

The breakfast was good, with variety of food. Scramble eggs are nice.

There is not enough plug area in the room. And there is another door locked in the room which is a bit weird.

Breakfast was good - big selection of various foods - coffee ok -

No coffee powder in the room -

The staff are absolutely excellent! The rooms are very well maintained

The decor in reception is a little outdated. But no issues.

Camera comoda, pulita e luminosa

moquette in camera

Great location in the city Free car parkSpacious and comfortable room Excellent breakfastsGreat staff - everyone was so friendly and helpful

Wifi a bit slow

Fine location, good sized and equipped rooms, excellent breakfasts

Agora Palace Hotel is close to old town. Despite it looks a bit dated from outside, the rooms are modern and recently renovated. It exceeds our expectations in every aspect.

They gave us early check in which we needed.

Not their fault directly but the taxi company they used was not reliable.

Close to central. Very friendly staff. It is lovely, comfortable, and very clean.

The receptionist was extremely nice and helpful! She made our stay feel exceptional. Not only were she so kind and accommodating but also helped us parking and navigating the city!

Very convenient location to access the centre of Bilella and to drive to work locations. Safe easy and comfortable.

central, clean with friendly and helpful staff. great roof terrace with a good choice of food.
