The room, breakfast to staff

GReat location and a Wonderful Staff. Stephania was more than a Tourism Guide, she guided us into local food and culture!

The staff is very friendly. Service, food, everything is at the level of a 3-star hotel. The hotel is not new, it is of older construction, but everything is clean and tidy. Excellent price-quality ratio.

Glad it's next to the train station. Big, spacious rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast was also really good.

A bit far out of the centre of town and the room was a bit cold

Clean, brand new renovations, a fantastic breakfast really as quality, variation, and quantity, elegant and shooting for glamorous with no joke. Bar with tea and coffee in the lobby. Refrigerator with bar in the room (with payment). Affordable prices. Great value for the money. Lovely staff! Successful owner!

Excellent location close to the city center and train station. Large, comfortable and clean room.Good breakfast. Friendly and polite staff.

No extra amenities like a kettle to have a cup of tea. You can ask for it at reception, but you will pay extra for it. At breakfast, the system of waiting to have coffee served by the receptionist is slow, they should install the coffee machine on site for self-service.

The location in Biella was fairly central and easy to get to from the periphery. The breakfast was perfectly good without being exceptional. The pleasant surprise was how spacious the family room was, and how spacious and well equipped, and styled, the bathroom was. The underground car-park has a lift, which is handy.

A mild negative is a lack of restaurant, although there is a good one two minutes walk away.

Overall well equipped old style hotel with modern fittings, very clean and quiet. I was on the road, very tired, found this fine place by chance, had a good rest.

Beds were not bad but didn't match quality of rest of fittings

The nearby area is a bit industrial, but the hotel is easy to reach and has parking

Overall good hotel, with large and very quiet room (I booked a single room but in fact there was a large bathroom and there single beds), plus a rich breakfast included. The only flaw was that I believe I found some hair (I don’t think it was mine) in the sink, upon my first use of the bathroom). Otherwise, everywhere was pretty clean. Good quality breakfast with ample choice of pastries and cakes
