The staff and location were excellent.

The window shade didn’t function properly.

Comprehensive breakfast buffet with plenty of "free from" options for those with dietary restrictions. Well-maintained facilities overall. Very friendly front desk staff. Location is pretty central.

Anna, at the front desk, was wonderfully helpful with a phone problem. Emergency solved!

The check in was fast and the staff was amicable. Everything was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

The photos shown of the rooms in the booking website don't correspond to the reality, at least to the one we stayed in. The rooms have an old fashion look. The breakfast did not have many variety.

The location of the hotel was very convenient to many local restaurants, markets, and the best gelato at Biella Gelato & Cafe. It was only a short walk from the hotel to the cathedral and other area sites.The continental breakfast offered a great selection of Italian foods including meats, yogurt, pastries, and breads. Of course there was someone on hand to make espresso and cappuccinos each morning. This is a wonderful place to stay with an inviting lobby that we enjoyed after long days strolling the area.

Nice location in Biella with free parking on the main street in front. Polite staff, clean rooms, good breakfast included.

The staff were super nice.

I was able to hear the person next door talking over the phone until late at night and also his alarm at 6 am, sound isolation is terrible.

The room is clean and the bed was comfortable. It was renovated and well-maintained.Edzel was amazingly helpful when we checked in, and he basically increased our impression of the hotel from the beginning. The room he assigned to us was excellent, clean and well-maintained. We are very picky with cleanliness, so getting a good review on cleanliness is not an easy task, but this room did. Thanks, Edzel once again for being such a professional and helpful staff. The hotel is lucky to have you! You not only responded to our request and questions before our arrival, but also after that, you went beyond our expectations. We are coming back to this hotel thanks to you! Also, the staff who served our breakfast was wonderful and the coffee tasted great!

The hotel is in a great location. Moreover, the staff was very friendly and helped us to solve some issues. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good. Overall, we had a good experience and we would stay there again.

The rooms are quite noisy and, even if the windows were closed, we could hear the noise coming from the street. Moreover, some parts of the hotel are a bit old and would benefit from renovation. However, the value for money is good given the location and the quality of the service.

The staff was friendly and kind. Great breakfast and cleaned room. Peaceful place. The only thing I must point out was for the temperature in the room, it wasn’t easy to regulate, often too warmed despite we set it on 16*. But definitely a good place!

I loved the interior. The beds were really comfortable. Very clean, specious and newly refurbished room.Extra feature that the hotel is pet friendly. Great location also.

The continental breakfast was great however hot breakfast choice would be good. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay at the hotel very much.

A lovely smart hotel in an excellent location of Biella. The room was perfect, especially the deep bathtub. We especially enjoyed the firm bed and the quality bedlinen. The available drinks in the fridge were much appreciated. Breakfast was really good and the hotel staff were friendly and exceptionally helpful.
