Nice place with friendly staff. It was good for walking about Biella. The bed was comfy and the breakfast was fine. I would stay here again.

I been staying more than 20 years with this hotel and no change. It is quite nice to stay at this hotel.

Last 20 years no change... Some of its equipment is getting old.

We booked a double room with separate beds. As this was not available we were given a second room free of charge.The breakfast was all freshly made (yet rather for someone with a sweet tooth - mainly muffins, croissants, cakes etc). Wide variety of fresly made coffees. Lots of free parking spaces in front of the hotel.

My room was diretly at a sometimes very busy roundabout. But with windows closed it was ok especially during night time. Unfortunately, except breakfast, no restaurant. However, this was not really necessary as there are lots of restaurants nearby in walking distance.

All staff members, really all of them have been extremly friendly, helpful and tried there very best to accomodate our wishes. Speaking englich is a huge advantage, and they did!!

Hotel Michelangelo is an exceptionally welcoming and comfortable hotel, conveniently close to the railway station. Our generously sized room with balcony was very quiet. The staff are delightful, helpful and friendly. The breakfast is outstanding! Every element was totally delicious and service was very good. We cannot praise it too highly. We loved it so much, we have already booked to stay again!

The location was perfect and ironically located 5 minutes away from our Vendor. The facility was clean, the reception was cordial and the staff was professional. The WiFI served our needs. The location afforded many close options for Lunch & Dinner.

I would have liked something warm for breakfast (Bacon & Eggs). Otherwise, everything was perfect.

It was a lovely hotel and I felt very welcome. The room has a lovely view to some gardens and it is quiet and comfortable. The reception staff were excellent. Highly recommend it. Thank you.

the breakfast was great but I would have liked to have had more options. (porrage or fried egg or fresh toast or something like that). That said, the selection was very good and all the food was fresh. Coffee was also great. Thank you

Very helpful staff, lovely cool room on a very hot day, close to the train station and the BEST croissants I’ve ever had. Terrific breakfast and coffee.

Renovated quiet room with old-fashioned land-line phones. We were allowed to park our bicycles in a hotel lobby.

Limited breakfast due to "Covid-19" restrictions - only very sweet local bagels. Old shower with not fully functioning shower-handset.

A friendly atmosphere to come back to at the end of the day, always super helpful to any request.
