Location and cleanliness were outstanding

Ned was a little bit uncomfortable

Very helpful and pleasant staff at the reception and the breakfast restaurant.Clean room but with poor isolation around the door - we were awakened every time someone passed the door of the room.

The hotel looks well tendered, clean and the staff is kind, polite and helpful.

The hotel is situated a bit further from the city center. Also, the breakfast was not great as the bread was not fresh and of not a great quality, croissant also. The offered breakfast should be included in the rather high price of the room, and not charged 9€ per person extra, especially when it wasn't anything special. The general conclusion is overpriced.

We used this hotel as an overnight stop only. It was clean and comfortable with a very nice breakfast.

Excellent breakfast, super available and kind staff, quiet and spacious room with facilities (boiler, fridge, etc) for the three of us (family). There is room for (free) parking just out of the hotel. The hotel does not have a restaurant but ask for a nearby "trattoria" (for us that was a bonus good surprise)

Everything was actually okay. Maybe I would not recommend the hotel if you don't have a car and you want to visit the town center

Very nice staff, check-in was quick and the room was nice and clean.

Location is not very close to the city center, but luckily we had a car, so was still fine for us.

I forgot my hand bag with money and passports in it in the safe and nothing was touched.thank you for your honesty to the staff and we need more people like you in the world.

The staff was good and professional. The bed was comfortable. Good wifi and large enough room for short stays.

The furniture and bath equipment started to deteriorate. So it may be needed to renew.

Clean tidy rooms and friendly staff. 24hr check in was really handy. Breakfast was great.

Just one pillow per guest and it was foam- I found it uncomfortable.

The staff was very helpful, my stay was quite short so I can't say much more. The room was quite big along with the shower, both the room and the bathroom were reasonably clean. Did not have breakfast so no comment on that.

The price of the room was a tad too high for the quality and especially the location (there is a fire station on the other side of the fairly big street separating them). The prices in the mini bar/fridge were fairly high (2€ for 0.5L of water) and most importantly the room was a bit hot, especially considering the fact that I could not figure out how to only slightly open the full height window/door, and this left me to choose between a hot room or allowing anyone access to my room thanks to the shared balcony connecting every room.

Very helpful staff. The receptionist helped us without hesitation to find out the possibilities of entering Venice. She recommended us the options of which places to visit.

Clean modern hotel. Large room for 3. Front desk was helpful. 2 small places to eat next door was nice.

A little remote to get to places. Taxi ride to the train station was a little high. Location was odd next to a tire store / strip mall

The rooms were comfortable, clean and located in a quiet environment. The manager and staff were friendly and accommodating. Kudos to the manager for bringing me to the station when there were no taxis around in time for my train.

Great location for an overnight stop, very comfortable bed and free parking. Cáfe just next door.

Very helpful staff. Nice room with huge bed! Nice breakfast (for every taste). The parking area just outside the hotel is a plus!
