Room was nice. Good and fairly easy parking. Polite reception. I used free bicycle one evening to visit Piacenza centre.

Breakfast Ok. Dinner could have been a little better with respect to price level but not bad.

Excellent hotel if you are driving to Piacenza. Only issue is having to pay EUR12 per night for parking but it is secure although parking is OK in surrounding roads. Very clean and modern. Room sizes are good. Excellent breakfast. We also used hotel bikes (free) to cycle around centre in the evening. You can reach the centre on side roads. Easy to get to from the motorway

Nil - only issue was car park was full on one day so had to go round a couple of streets to get to the garage which was empty.

Dinner and breakfast: well presented, tasty, very good.

Room was small; particular problem was no obvious ventilation without opening the window(s) onto the busy dual carriageway.

There is no lunch served at the restaurant. They dont provide cafe services during the day. Neither coffee machine is available in the room or lobby.

Its location is a fair way from the centre but we knew that before we stayed. It was raining when we arrived so didn’t walk to town.

Staff were super friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room was well appointed and parking was convenient.

The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff was very welcoming and helpful. The bed was a really good size for one person. The bathroom was nicer than I expected. Also, the clean staff were on top of everything. Generally, the room had been cleaned by the time I came back from breakfast.

It is located a bit farther away from the the center of Piacenza than I would have preferred.
