Stayed four days over Christmas. Despite a 4-star rating, the experience barely meets 1-star standards in my personal opinion.Room amenities are almost nonexistent.Only towels, cotton buds, coffee, and tea are provided. No slippers, razor, toothbrush, or similar basics, not even on request at reception. The minibar contains still and sparkling water with no indication whether they are complimentary.There is no in-room documentation at all apart from a QR code. No printed information and no Wi-Fi details available in the room. You would need to get the code near the elevator or at the reception.Staff attitude is inappropriate:Interactions felt cold, unwelcoming, and at times disrespectful. When raising concerns, staff appeared annoyed, rolled their eyes, interrupted, and showed no effort/energy to actively listen or understand, leading to frustration on both sides.Facilities are misleading:The gym equipment was partially broken and there was no water available. The “sauna area” consists of two seats and an open shower with no door, no changing area, no bathrobes in rooms, and no way to lock the entrance. At 6:00 the shower is cold; no hot water. We cannot even call that a shower as the water barely flows out. How guests are expected to use it is unclear. Reception simply said, “You can use it.”Maintenance issues were handled dismissively. The bathtub drain did not work; reception responded that removing the plug was “not a problem,” despite the drain button being broken.Bathroom products are limited to a single low-quality shampoo/body wash combination.The room lacks basic conveniences: no shoe-cleaning kit, no shoehorn, and no power outlet at the desk (only one underneath).Overall, this hotel does not meet the expectations of a 4-star property in terms of amenities, service, or maintenance.Finally, at 9:30am there is nobody at the cafe near the reception.

Very nice and spacious, great breakfast and excellent parking!

Very good location in particular if you are just passing through with a car (short ride to city centre, even shorter ride back to the highway). Big clean rooms with comfortable beds and nice bathrooms.

There is underground parking, which is great, especially for motorcycles as it is completely secured. Breakfast had a large variety of foods. While the restaurant food was spectacular, the setting is more of a cafeteria style, so don't look for any ambiance, it's just practical.

More electrical plugs. If you have a lot of electronics to charge up, it's a bit of a challenge.

Very good, modern hotel, with friendly staff and a good restaurant, both for breakfast and dinner. There is a large underground parking, spacious lobby and modern elevators, as well as AC and WiFi.

It's quite far from the center of Piacenza, but if it's not a must to be in the center - it's really worth staying.

The staff were lovely and very helpful.

Long walk to the centre of Piacenza, and the hotel is on an unpleasant road by an intersection and Leroy Merlin so nothing to do but walk the 30 minutes into the city. Poor breakfast.

Parking in the basement

Clean, spacious room. Beautiful lobby area and lovely restaurant. We had two small dogs who were made very welcome and it was lovely that we could eat in the dining room with them. Staff very friendly and helpful at all times.

The only slight thing if I am being picky is that we were in the dining room and the waitress was laying up for breakfast for the following morning and did not seem to notice we were sitting with empty plates.

Ideal location, car parking a bonus, friendly staff, nice restaurant. Comfortable rooms.

Hotel and room were very very good, breakfast was fine and the room service diner very nice too.

We were just passing through so we didn't have enough time to get settled in but the place is great. In my opinion, it is underrated. The rooms are very spacious, bright, and clean, the bathroom is enormous and supplied with everything you'll need. And we were given free breakfast, thank you for that.

Location and parking.

Breakfast is simple but ok. Breakfast Service is not the best though. There is one particular lady who is always rude. You don't want that first thing in the morning.

Large clean room.easy parking and excellent staff.we have stayed many times as it's a convenient stop off to break the journey.

Take your own hair shampoos and conditioner as generic body wash/shampoo provided.

My family and I stayed for one night and we really enjoyed our stay. The room was nice and clean. What surprised us the most was how big the bathroom was! Besides the free parking, you can also choose to park your car in the garage and we really appreciated that.

The only downside was that, in my opinion, breakfast is very expensive (we decided to go somewhere else).

Very comfy bed. Restaurant served really decent food and wine. Not flashy, just right. Best bread we’d had in all our time in Italy!

Dry clean room, with easy access from autostrada. Ideal for one night
