Farther from Centro than suggested

Poor

Very disappointed, not even worth half the amount we paid. The bed was uncomfortable. The breakfast was incredibly poor, with nothing edible, not even the bread, which was of a single, low-quality, cheap variety. Despite breakfast being mandatory with the hotel rate, I would never recommend staying there.

The location next to the university was what i needed. Most of the staff at the reception was kind and friendly. I could switch off the air conditioning in the room which was at freezing 20 degrees with 32 degrees outside!!

The room was FREEZING and do like air conditioning normally. I switched off the air con and opened the window (slightly as there are mosquitos) but still had to sleep with a blanket. I actually saw a lady having breakfast with a blanket over her shoulders! the electric board in the room made a constant "fridge" noise. The senior management lady was not particularly kind and I have the feeling she should leave the costumer relationship interface to more junior staff, who are probably freshly trained and less stressed.

Everything could of been better.. horribly small shower, everything was yellow from old age. Bed was super uncomfortable, it was very hard. When we left to eat dinner we couldnt even lock our room, had to take all our things to lock in the car. Breakfast was just as disappointing, not much choice, and some stuff was even stale…

Staff were friendly and helped organise a restaurant and taxis for the evening. Use of and underground garage to park our motorbikes

The sheets in my room of 2 singles had stains on them. They'd been washed but shouldn't of been used again.

The breakfast was adequate. There was not a lot of choice of restaurants near the hotel and the hotel itself did not offer any meal apart from breakfast. It was not clear when I booked that we would have to eat out

Good hotel with a parking garage for my motorbike. Friendly staff and very clean rooms. The area is not so really good, but i surely will come back.

Nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds, good sound proofing and blackout blinds, bright bathroom with good water pressure, and pet friendly.

The triple room was small, but we knew that from the booking, so it’s really no complaint. It is a little far from downtown, but again, we knew that at the booking. there is plenty of restaurants and bars nearby though.

We cannot thank the staff on reception enough for their kindness and help. We had broken down on a bank holiday and the receptionist helped us sort everything to be back on the road the very next day.

Well outside Piacenza but that was okay for us. The downside was that there was nowhere good for dinner nearby. Breakfast was good though.

Good Location for Expo. Comfortable room and bed.

The floor in the shower is very slippery. I informed the staff. They say that they will be changing them soon.

Good location for Expo Piacenza. Comfortable bed. Easy temperature control.

Windows are not sound blocking. Very noisy during rainy night. Doubleglass windows would resolve this easily.

Breakfast shall be improved for example adding scrambled eggs.
