It was close to Expo. Crisp clean sheets, hard mattressWater pressure in shower. Sweet maid.

Almost everything…The room was small, had bedspreads and decor from 1970s or maybe 60s. Bathroom reeked of cigarettes. The hallway carpet was gross. It was way overpriced, was a 50-60€ room maximum

The location is handy if travelling through Italy to France, but is near a busy road. The hotel is very comfortable. The breakfast was the best we encountered on a four day trip from the south of Italy to the UK. Would definitely stay again. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Told restaurant closed at weekend but didn't realise this meant Friday as well, however, there is a really excellent little restaurant around the corner which serves the best food at a reasonable price.

The hotel was nice and comfortable, clean and staff were pleasant.

It was a little far out and it would have been good to provide visitors without their own car, information on public transport into the town centre.

Good price, when so many are going up and up. Excellent choices of hot and cold for breakfast. Receptionist obliged me with speaking English. Good location, nice and quiet, just off the motorway. I will be here again.

It suited me perfectly for a one-night stop-off on a long journey.

Excellent location, very easy to reach from the motorway and, at the same time, close to the city centre. Clean hotel with comfortable and spacious rooms. Very quiet at all times. Parking on the side of the hotel.

Bad breakfast, bad internet connection, bad gym, bad shower products.

Breakfast was adequate, unremarkable compared to the other 5 hotels I stayed at on this trip. The second room I was given after I found the first room unacceptable was excellent. A short walk to the exhibition area.

1. A long way from the train station and the city center. 2. The hotel is located in an industrial area. 3. No good restaurants in the area. The hotel's restaurant was adequate, but the food was bland and forgettable. Breakfast was just ok. 4. The room I checked into had a strong sewage odor (inadequate plumbing ventilation). I came back to the reception desk, described the problem, and requested a different room. The receptionist insisted that there wasn't a problem with this room, without checking the room. It wasn't until I became angry and insisted that she find a different room for me. The problem was then quickly resolved and I was given a new room (very nice room). I should not have had to become frustrated and angry to make the receptionist understand that the room was unacceptable.

breakfast is correct and the service was great. I arrived at 11:00 PM and the personnal had been served me a little dinner

The food in the Restaurant was unexpectedly good and well priced. The English menu needs some tuning - a type of Cow called Fassona we thought was some kind of Pheasant/Quail ( which dont like )so they should just mention Beef . We found out to our chagrin when the next door table got a nice Tagliata of Fassona . Room was comfy and bed nice and firm - additional pillow would be nice . Breakfast was great and staff very helpful and understanding with bringing coffee up to the room

Additional pillows would be very useful - there was only one when normally there would be 2 for 2 persons ( double bed) . Also the terrace was very dissappointing with no outside ( even cheap plastic ) furniture or partitioning . We knew the location would be bad from other reviews but it was still a bit grim on a foggy morning but for one night stopover this place as fine
