Breakfast was very nice and the view from the breakfast room and balcony was exceptional. We also liked the quiet location.

The gentleman at reception upon our arrival was a bit of a grouch and was very reluctant to provide information. Everyone else we encountered, at reception or at breakfast, was helpful and friendly.

Not worth it!

Parking, no soundproofing, no available spa during my stay (reason why I booked the place).You will be able to hear anything from your neighboring room, even when they are showering ?For 170 euro +12 euro breakfast +16 euro parking, this is not worth it.Not recommendable, unfortunately.

No parking available at that time. Garage is very difficult to navigate. I had selected free parking in the Booking.com app but not true for this property.

Air didn’t work

We had gotten to the hotel 3 hours earlier than check in and the woman ( I am sorry I do know her name ) let’s us park the car in the parking facilities and gave us a Fantastic room on the 6 th floor. She and her other staff was Fantastic and very helpful

It is really well located in the heart of Piacenza. The rooms are very comfortable, and it has parking!

Location is fantastic, quick and easy walk to/from the station, and great view from my hotel window.Room is very spacious with a comfortable bed, and very effective shutters.Bathroom is a good size and toiletries are provided.Mini fridge complete with water and snacks was much appreciated.

I thought it was a letdown that there were only sachets of Nescafé coffee in the rooms. I expected better from an apparent 4 star hotel.I would always prefer a shower over a shower in a bath. Whilst a good size, the bathroom was very dated compared to the room itself.The noise from guests in rooms beside and above me was very clear so I was glad I had earplugs with me.

Lovely hotel and really friendly staff. They are pet friendly and welcomed our 2 cats with no extra charge. The restaurant on the 7th floor was a treat.

Good location, excellent service, great rooftop cocktail bar, fantastic cocktails especially the signature old fashioned, delicious food in the restaurant, nice bars and other restaurants close by, perfect for visiting historical monuments and palazzos, peaceful nights sleep, wonderful stay.

Insignificant, but the fitness room could have had a couple free weights or at least the one weight machine they have should have the requisite parts to do exercises.

Location right in the center of the city of Piacenza; breakfast; beautiful terrace overlooking the city; the possibility of leaving the car in the garage of the hotel even after check-out!

Great location in Piacenza with quiet comfortable room. Breakfast was excellent in upstairs dining area with views over the city. Staff very friendly and helpful. Easy access.
